Fun and challenging. Very playable course for the average golfer. Rest rooms on the course we disgusting and some areas of the course are being renovated.

This weekni played the North & South, a bit easier than the east & south sound I had about a week ago. Nevertheless, still a well kept course with plenty of challenges. I will definitely visit this course many of times in the future.

This course is near from my residence to approach easily. It's generally acceptable expect to develop the condition of bunker as well as fairway.

This course isnin fantastic shape but it is not an easy course. It has narrow fairways and some of the greens are small for difficulty. Had an awesome round, can't wait to play it again and beat this score.

Decent course, we played the north and south. A couple holes that had fun pin locations. Price on sat was 50.00 which I think is over priced but then again it was weekend rate. I would probably go back and play but it would be my first choice. Greens were moderate speed and in fair condition.

Having played Royal Vista multiple times, I based my ratings on the most recent visit.

Tee boxes: poor. Definitely needs maintenance. I've played here about a half dozen times, and they definitely need maintenance on it. All boxes had way too much grass, some were too hard for a tee, some were ok for a tee.

Fairway: fine. You were rewarded for a good shot, definitely.

Rough: if there isn't some tournament happening soon, then the rough was too much.

Greens: good roll, receptive to quality strikes. Greens were definitely the best part of my most recent RV visit.

POP: a bit of slowness, even with the marshal moving about. Some more encouraging could have moved the POP a bit more.

The South Course was a disaster, fairways grass was as high up to your ankles & you will lose your golf balls.

East Course was just ok.

Ruff on south and east was 4 inch tall some fairways the same. Airieation on all greens. Snack shop closed. On starter, sucked!

I enjoyed my first experience at Royal Vista, but the North Course was closed due to maintenance, so I played South/East courses. My buddy and I was joined by a regular player at this course and he advised to come back in a month, around May 1, when conditions will be more favorable. Nonetheless, the course was challenging with driver and long irons required. Pace of play for 18 was between 3 1/2 - 4 hrs, since many regulars stayed away due to North Course closure. After play the Clunhouse has a large open Pro Shop and separately a large upscale 19th Hole Lounge to relax, eat, drink, and play pool or watch many positioned TV’s. I look forward in returning to play the North/East Course.

I have been playing this course for 20 years. It has gone through some nice renovations, Green condition has improved a lot, although some tee areas are not exactly level, overall is not bad. Staffs are always polite and friendly. Other players always let us ( 2-some ) out first since we’re always get there earlier than our tee time. I will definitely come back for more as long as they keep being accommodating and maintain the course condition like this.

Every time i have played there, the condition of the course fairways are poor. Greens are good. Traps are horrible.

Too much delayed of pace. It really made me crazy. It was no choice at that time.

For the price we paid, you simply cannot play at a nicer golf course. Greens were in great shape. Fairways were pretty good mostly covered with grass. East side had some delay but south side was completely clear and amazing. Very happy to have found this place, will be coming again.
