Royal Vista Golf Club

For a holiday weekend the pace of play was great, we finished in 4 hours and 10 minutes. Were not held up at a single hole. Course conditions were good and the weather was hot and sunny. This course tends to play slow so a round at a regular pace is nice. Paired up with another two-some who were nice and enjoyable to play with.

First 9 was bad. South course. second 9 East was great.

The green is good, the fairway is bad. There were many workers working on the fairways and dry grass remained everywhere. Kind of overbooked tee times, slow in front group and close the rear group.

Great round friendly staff no Marshall to push slow players but loved the course. I would play again and again thanks.

This course is hit or miss with pace of play. Some rounds flow great and we finish in a normal time frame (3-1/2 - 4-1/4 hours) but other times (like Sat Jul 13 at 5-1/4 hours) it is painful. When it's like that you can't get any groove or flow going so our game isn't that enjoyable. Greens ran true with the course in good condition and we really enjoy playing there but the pace (what else can I say).

Grass is overgrown, greens covered in divots and bumps, trash all over the course, sand traps are like hitting off the cart path, tons of crab grass and dead spots in the middle of the fareway, and the dirt on the dead spots on the fareway are rock solid. The quality of this course is abysmal. Save your money cause this course isn't worth it at all.

We were very pleased with the overall condition and greens. Will definitely be back!

The course is in good conditions. The greens are hard to read and very unpredictable and fast. There were some slow women groups in front, but the Marshall instructed us to skip two holes and come back to play the one we missed. Applause to the management!

After reading some other recent reviews, I was a bit hesitant to go play this course, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. We played the East and North courses and they were in good condition minus a few ground under repair areas that were being tended to. The greens and fairways were overall in good shape as well. We were let out as the twosome that we booked and not paired with anyone, which is always a plus for me. We finished our round in just under 4 hours, which is almost unheard of in golf today, so that alone will get me to come back again. The starter was also very friendly.

This course is tough enough as it is, the constantly aerated greens don't make it any better. But I'll definitely play it again.

East course was wide open, we played it in record time, hour and fifteen. North Course was fairly quick until we ran into a few groups. Conditions were excellent, tees, fairways and greens!
