About
Carved from the scenic woodlands along the eastern shores of Georgian Bay, Oak Bay Golf & Country Club incorporates rocky outcroppings and natural water features into its challenging championship design. The eastern coast of the bay is one of the largest freshwater archipelagos in the world and is home to diverse flora and hundreds of varieties of birds and fish. Both the fairways and greens are sloped and well manicured. In addition to the many natural challenges, which include trees and ponds, there are numerous strategically placed traps to watch out for. Oak Bay is located less than two hours north of Toronto but its beautiful setting makes it feel much further.

Oak Bay - Great Fun
Oak Bay is a real Gem!I Have had great experiences here. I am afraid that it is going to get too expensive as it gets better and better.

Bang for buck nice coarse to play by far in the area
Beautiful course as per usual. Little bit soft but to be expected this time of year everything was bright green. Always a great challenge will be back.
Very disappointing!!!
Got to course and was advised that the greens had been aerated and it was cart path only.
Golfers should be advised of these things before they book their tee time.
No way you should pay closed to $400 for 5 golfers to play a course under very, very poor conditions.
Have played Oak Bay many times, this will be my LAST!!!
Beautiful layout great conditions.
Played this with 5 other friends to end our Muskoka golf weekend. All of us raved about the layout and conditions. Well groomed.
Tough greens but very true.
We will definitely play this track next year.

Don’t go as a single
Booked at least 3 times as a single and every time they have failed to pair me with someone. As a result I am left standing alone on course waiting to hit every shot as there are 3 some in front just awful experience. Will never and I mean never book again.

Oak Bay - Great Track
This course is always in pristine condition and always a challenge!
Recommend to anyone who is an avid golfer.
Hidden Gem!
My first time playing this course and it was in fantastic condition. Scenic views, challenging layout and greens were fast and true! I would highly recommend to all players.
Difficult Track
Make sure to bring lots of balls and play the appropriate tees. The tips(blue) play around 6800, but it plays very tough from the back.
It was a windy day, and it was difficult to judge the wind once the ball crested over the tees.
Course is beautiful, greens are nice. I paid $40 on a hot deal and it was definitely worth it.
Would I pay $120 with a cart... not likely. That being said, I generally look for value when scoping out courses.
It was rainy, so it was cart path only that day. I'd like to play it with full cart access. Kind of an inconvenience walking across the fairway, but I understand the reasons.
Play this course, have fun. Temper your low score expectations.
