About
Carved from the scenic woodlands along the eastern shores of Georgian Bay, Oak Bay Golf & Country Club incorporates rocky outcroppings and natural water features into its challenging championship design. The eastern coast of the bay is one of the largest freshwater archipelagos in the world and is home to diverse flora and hundreds of varieties of birds and fish. Both the fairways and greens are sloped and well manicured. In addition to the many natural challenges, which include trees and ponds, there are numerous strategically placed traps to watch out for. Oak Bay is located less than two hours north of Toronto but its beautiful setting makes it feel much further.

If you are not single handicap, it is real challenge
The fairways are super narrow. If your ball is little slice/draw, the ball is gone easily. Even low handicap get more than 15 over easily. Even there are aeration on the green, it was super fast.
If you are 15 handicap, your score will be over 30 easily.
PREMIER GOLF COURSE.
Able to get a hot deal and early tee off and beauty day during week. This course forces you to think and execute/comit to your shot. Play smart and it is a really good test to one's game. Folks, please replace divots and fix ball marks on greens - please help keep it a great course. Will be back. One of the best courses around.
This course has an excellent layout with all holes challenging. The greens were smooth and very well manicured. Really enjoyed the day there

Very pretty golf course but tuff if you don’t hit straight off the tees. Play the correct tee decks you will enjoy the day better. Most important bring golf balls.

Love this course in Port Severn. Difficult but we move the ball if we want to. Pace of play is the best. Not crowded. Outstanding scenery. In perfect condition. Can't wait to play again.
Bring your “A” game
Beautiful golf course. Front nine is very narrow if you can’t hit somewhat straight. Once you get to the green still not automatically a two putt…Oak Bay is a course that needs to be played. Bring extra balls and play the correct tees!
