About
Situated just outside of Welland, Pelham Hills Golf & Country Club offers a parkland-style course that is easily accessible from Niagara Falls. With the Niagara Escarpment serving as a backdrop, the golf course has a rolling landscape covered with large ponds, wandering creeks, and towering trees. The Pelham Hills layout features elevated tees and undulating greens that are heavily guarded. In addition to numerous bunkers there is also strategically placed mounding separating the holes. The front nine has a few demanding holes that require long carries over ravines but there are also many birdie opportunities. Pelham Hills Golf & Country Club's back nine tests your drives more than your shot-making skills. The golf course is a formidable challenge but generous fairways make it more player friendly.

The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Nice course to learn and enjoyed it.
Although some greens, fairways and tee boxes have been beaten up over this hot dry summer the course was challenging and fun to play. I definitely will be back for more. Great deal for the money.
Rock hard
The course is like a parking lot, very dry and hard. Greens were dried out and appeared to have rot and dead patches. I would not recommend this course at all!
Disappointed
The greens were diseased, the Pro Shop Staff were abrupt and the rough was like a cattle pasture.
Very Dry
Most of the fairways were really dry good for getting extra distance I guess.The putting greens are in bad shape they need work , the ball bounces .
Good course but the greens
the greens where in bad shape alot of burn spots on them and charging $20 for each rider to be on the same cart is a joke
Really need to main train the course, the greens were very bad
Concrete
This was not the course to break out some new clubs. Destroyed them on the ‘concrete’ that was the tee boxes, fairways and roughs. This course has fallen victim to the dry weather.
Cart prices???????
Could not believe that we paid almost as much for a Cart as we did for our green fees. I like the coarse and kinda understand that they are trying to attract more walkers because of Covid. But that doesn't mean you need to gouge those who may need or prefer to use a cart.
Played Course Years Ago
Played today (4 of us with carts). One of us was previous member. Booked through golf now. Price was more than we usually spend but was a birthday treat for one of us. We had thought about walking and golf now suggested calling on the day of golf for availability and called and was told wouldn’t know until we got there as really busy. Turned out we could get carts. $20 per person. Course was very dry and lots of ditches and hazards. Very long, thank goodness we carted it. Not in a hurry to return.
