The staff here consistently earns top marks, from the welcoming Saturday starter to the helpful pro shop team. Tight fairways, elevation changes, and creek carries make this course more challenging than its yardage implies.

Oshawa Airport Golf Club is situated in a scenic valley, running alongside a gentle stream. Sprinkled within the executive layout are some of the toughest par 3s in all of Ontario but they are nicely balanced by more player-friendly par 4s. Throughout the course you will find plenty of challenging hazards. Two large ponds come into play and there is a meandering creek that runs across three holes. The fairways are wide open and the undulating greens tend to be fast. You'll also find strategically placed bunkers along some of the greens. Although the greens have some tricky slopes, the golf course is mostly flat and easy to walk. Oshawa Airport Golf Club finishes with its signature hole, a 175-yard par 3 that requires a carry over water in order to reach the green.

Pleasently suprised

Groans were great. I was not expecting much out of this little course. Some holes were a little confusing as to where they were. Fairways were as expected. Hard and weedy. But the greens were top notch. They also don't sell cans of beer. Only draft. Makes it a little diffacult to carry more than one with you.

They do sell cans of beer, they are pouring them into cups though.

Dry

Really dry course. Fairways r rock hard. The rough is pretty brutal too. Greens r good. Couple of difficult pr 3’s. easy par 4’s. no pr 5’s. you need to be 21 to drive a cart which is really really really annoying considering we paid for one. Yardage markers r completely off. Clubhouse only offers drinks chips and chocolate bars. I finished in 3 hours walking

Very short course

It's a good course if you like a short game. Lots of par 3 and 4.

Yardage markers are incorrect

Most of the yardage markers are much longer than the actual yardage.

Play for Roll

Course is drying out so hit shorter and play for the roll.

Price for walking was OK but $17 per person for a shared power cart ($32 total) seems a little too much!

Below average

This course is weak extremely small yardage is off by 30 yards almost every hole. You can use driver on maybe 4 holes fairways are below average. Probably one of the weakest courses around not worth the price. Not to mention it says cart included in the price but it’s not and the management wouldn’t do anything to help.

Not bad for the location.

Not a bad Par 3 4 course for in the city .If it gets hot and dry, could become a little rough. All in all, it's fun to play.
