Greens un-puttable
I play this often as I’m local. Usually in decent shape. Secret is out now…majority of the greens are “un puttable”. Has to be fixed before it’s even considered playable. Hope to see them repaired and playable in the near future.

Greens GUR
Greens are very slow and still being repaired. Progress is being made but they are still very poor.
Practice greens are being totally reworked.

Nice layout but not worth money
First off the course has a really nice layout and it’s a challenging course. But the greens were absolutely horrible. The greens we dried out to just sand and dirt I was very disappointed. For the cost of play I expected much better. You can find better value in the area. I personally won’t book here for a while at least until they fix the greens.

Would not recommend
The last time I played the greens on the course were borderline unplayable not to mention the putting and chipping greens were completely dead. the main course greens were almost completely covered in dead grass and the grass that was alive was incredibly patchy making it almost impossible to putt.Furthermore the last time I played it took 6 hours to play which is unacceptable no matter the course. Finally the course for won’t let you walk on the weekends unless your a member so they can charge you 60 bucks instead of 20. Overall the course’s greens are very poorly maintained but everything else is decent but still hardly worth your time for 50 bucks

overall good facility and golf course, tee's and fairways well-groomed maintained. golf carts and personal put golfer's 1st. wish greens were better they effect score !

Layout and course conditions were ok. The greens are another story! Course rating about 8/10, GREENS about 2-3/10
I don’t know what happened to the greens, but I always remember the greens here to be nice and at good speeds around 8-10s. Yesterday I play the course for first time since March and I was not mad, but saddened to see the conditions of the greens. It looks like the greens got incorrect spring treatment or infection on every green. I hope they can repair but it looks like they may need to tear out. I was probably upset about the green fee price being same as nothing on course is wrong.

Course review
Greens in very poor condition. All courses around here in similar shape due to winter freeze.
Only played 11 holes due to storm hitting area.

Severely damaged Greens.
Greens have been severely damaged from winter. They are very very poor condition and will not recover on their own. Course has not started a program to address the condition of the greens.

Conditions of course have gone down hill
Haven’t played A&M in a while but 60.00 green fees are too high. They ad all the practice areas closed so no putting or chipping, and was told if I wanted to chip use the range. Parking is a nightmare and it is almost better to park on the other side of campus and walk. For the price I was expecting the course and greens to be playable. The first green was completely dead and that is how they all looked. Just confused why they would not tell players that are coming here that course conditions are not good and charge 1/2 the price for the inconvenience. And 20.00 just to have my friend ride with me middle of the week is absurd.

Course is very mid. Greens are sandy but the fairways are tender.

Lost Greens.
The course has lost the Greens except for maybe 3. Very poor shape and not sure what the plan is to address the green conditions.

Great course! Excellent value
Had a great round out here! Pace of play was a little slow, but not the worst. Got thrown in to a group, but the guys were awesome. Couple students and another single with his kid. Very windy and a couple really challenging holes due to it, but made it fun!
