Stonebridge at Newport 7-15-25
The course was in good condition overall. Greens had been recently aerated, but we're still playable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Almost no one on the course the day we played, making it a very quick round.
We'll definitely be back.

Course was in reasonably good shape.
Was good to see course was being fertilized which should translate to healthier greens and fairways.

Great course. Great value. The only complaint is all of there. Drinks driving range excessively expensive.
Great neighborhood course for your buck!
Greens were in pretty good shape as opposed to previous times. Fairways and rough in good condition as well. They are doing a great job of getting the course back into good shape! Staff is really cool and I love playing this course every time! Great price for the course definitely recommend 💪🏽
Awful course conditions
Tee boxes were worn down, most of the fairways had been ripped up (under construction), most of the greens were all sprouted and uncut. (Imagine chicken pox)
Terrible conditions. Pace of play was easy.
No rain check even with lighting
Arrived 30 minutes before even though it was raining tremendously. When we asked if we could reschedule they said no, and that we couldn't cancel cause golfnow would call them and they would say it wasn't closed even though nobody was out on the course. We waited to see if it would die down, and it didn't. They simply said. Sorry. Thought luck.
Stonebridge at Newport
Played for first time in Years. Loved this place back in late 70’s early 80’s but it has really gone downhill. It appears to be on an upswing but lots of work still needed.
Greens had some issues but for the most part held well and putted great.
Fairways need treatment…
Beautiful day, Terrible clubhouse people
Listen when you drive to Crosby to play golf, you’re not expecting Augusta national but at the same time you would like the staff to be a little courteous and friendly. Instead, they act like you are inconveniencing them..
Like hey why did you people show up and ruin our day? The guy working behind the counter was the biggest jerk in the whole world terrible Customer Service..
Great Course with lots to offer
Newport was a great track lots of fun holes. Greens were well maintained, and fairways were lush
