The layout on the back nine is really nice including my favorite hole, the beautiful par-4 14th. Photo submitted by Back9Ben on 10/17/2018

Golfer Reviews
Good place to play
If you book with golf now they try and say you didn't book with a cart, and charge you.
Excellent course, beware inappropriate cart fee
Booked my tee time as a “hot deal”. When I checked in I was told that the cart fee was not included so I was billed an extra $8.96 (plus $5.66 for a small bucket of range balls). My receipt from GolfNow made no mention of cart fees so I went ahead and paid it. When I got home I checked my original booking which said that cart fees were included. Not a huge deal but annoying nonetheless. The course itself was challenging and in very good condition. We had received quite a bit of rain the two days before so there was standing water in a number of bunkers. It was cart path only which led to a slow round (4:50). Despite these minor complaints I very much enjoyed the course and look forward to returning in the near future.
Great condition!!!
If Magnolia green would fix their areas between the rough and the cart path this course will be perfect!
Fun but a little disappointing
GolfNow is supposed to have indications of the greens being aerated but there weren't any indications of that. Further, the fairways were well below average and the sand traps were completely unplayable! This is the worst I've ever seen this course and I hope that management will get it up and running soon because it's kind of a shame! It would be nice to have a partial refund considering how crummy the conditions were!
Course great, carts not
Great course in solid shape for winter. Greens were firm but slower than usual. Pace was fantastic, 4 hours on a Saturday.
Third round in a row that the course golf cart died. This round not only did it die but had a flat tire. 3 for 3. High end course with premium cost you would think management would rectify this quickly. Big negative on the round.
Challenging
The front is easier than the back. Back seems to have more bunkers, less flat land and just more challenging. It’s a nice track and not boring. Today was cart path only. The problem is from the cart path, because of the ridges and elevation changes it’s tough to spot your ball.
First time and I’ll be back
Got a hot deal the day after Christmas. Was between 20/30 degrees so they delayed our tee time from 1020 to 1140. The staff informed us when we got there they sent out an email but unfortunately I did not get it so came at my original time. Only negative of the day.
Best practice green I have played on. Most are flat but this course had a challenging practice green which help translate to the course. Driving range and chipping was also nice.
The course itself was awesome. Missed a few fairways but the fairways were cleaned so I was able to find balls. Other courses I have been have not cleaned rough so if you missed fairway your ball was gone. Food was also good and reasonably priced. Will defiantly be back.
Terrible staff
Absolutely horrible staff. First I couldn’t even get a water. The guy at the bar sent me to the concession place downstairs which was closed. I told him it was closed and if he can just serve me and he said no. Then I asked well when will someone come in to open the concession stand? He said “uhhh idk” so much help. Then it rains so I go in after 8 holes and ask for a rain check. The guy in the pro shop said “yeah we can’t give you one cause you booked with golf now.” He said I’d have to call golf now and get my money back. This place is a joke screw this course I’ll never be back here again.
Great course - horrible pin positions
Course was exceptional, to bad they can't get players to fix ball marks on greens.
Pin positions today we're stupid to ridiculous. Not favorable to average or accelerated golfer. Made for a working round of golf. It was Monday not a Saturday/Sunday tournament day.
Played for 24 bucks!
I mean, a course this beautiful for 24 bucks? You can beat it. I’d pay their full price to play there any time. The staff was great and helped me out with a driver since mine is with Ping being repaired. Met some fellow Golf Nowers and we had a damm good time. Highly recommend.
