SugarTree Golf Club

5th time playing this course, and the rain has really made it look amazing. Plenty of wildlife as usual, and great scenic views. Would be nice to see the water wheel spinning on Hole 12 someday, but that’s just a bonus. Solid, fun course.

I think Sugar Tree is a beautiful course. Yesterday I was privileged to see some deer on the course. The fairways are narrow which doesn’t bother me. The greens were in good shape. Great course!

Not a fan of the small parking lot and overflow parking with no courtesy pick up. Otherwise, friendly staff, course was in very good condition. Play speed was on spot, 4.5 hours with a food break. Definitely be back.

Course was fine, Greens are starting to come around, the only problem I had was Golf Now only paid for green fees not a cart, and when I booked it it said the cart was included.

As green as course has looked in a long time. Just wish they would have had aerification notification on when booking. No mention in the pro shop either.

I Love the layout of the course. The greens had just been airrated no big deal . The pace of play was really slow , two groups in front of us they allowed 6 people to play as one group. It’s my understanding this happens most Friday afternoons . If you’re going to play on Fridays play early to avoid this happening to you . It took a 4 hour round to a little over 5 .

This is one of my favorite courses. Always well kept with a friendly staff. Short course nicely wooded with narrow bending fairways. Wish they would put some of the sand traps back in, but overall great place to play.

Great layout. Would play much better if I had played it before. You need to be on certain sides of the fairway for your approach shots. Greens were very nice and par 3’s from back tees were all you want. Can’t wait to come back in 4-5 weeks as everything begins to grow. #12 is the prettiest hole in all the metroplex. 215 yards and gorgeous.

Very challenging great layout. The greens are really good, fairways are not great right now but I’m sure they will improve as the weather gets warmer.

I’m a 3 handicap. The course was in excellent condition! Tee boxes were kind of rough but they were well placed! The fairways weren’t perfect but in good condition. The greens were in great condition!

Overall a great course that is truly enjoyable for shot makers. If you want to just drive the ball all day you will pay for it. You need to be able to hit multiple tee shots and recovery shots. I’ll be back for sure!

It looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I only got three holes played because of weather that moved in but I can’t wait to go back and actually play it. Beautiful facility, staff was amazingly friendly and I am looking forward to actually getting all 18.
