Fun Track
Lots of room to miss left or right on almost every hole..shot a 105 and only lost 5 balls (and that’s saying something for me!!!) great value and it had rain the day prior REALLY BAD so course played as well as it could with the conditions as they were. I would recommend to anyone for the price and layout of the course!
Very forgiving track for beginners. Wide fairways.
A good challenge, but playable.
Very nice layout, and good pace of play. Many of the greens are sloped, so hitting the right part of the green pays dividends. The hole descriptions on the scorecard were a nice and helpful bonus!
Quality Course
Price and value are good, on the more affordable side for the area. Went in spring so the rough was a little long, just growing quickly. Would gladly be back again, eager to try the oaks course.
Beautiful course, stay out of the rough!
Had a mixed group with two walkers and two riders. We almost never waited at a tee box, nor could we see a group behind us. Not bad for a Sunday afternoon!
The roughs were the most difficult part. “You’ll be able to play that” shots quickly became search and rescue operations, it’s incredible how many golf balls the rough swallowed…so, try to hit fairways!
Really beautiful, well kept course that easily pass as private. Will be back soon to play the Oaks and give the Lakes another go!.
Amazing time
Absolutely amazing setup, the course is in perfect condition and we really enjoyed our time out there and will go back.
Unnecessary Delay
I booked my teetime on Golfnow and it took the clerk 15 minutes to figure it out when their system entered my last name as “ D”. How hard is that to match my first name with the 12:40 teetime to avoid the delay???
So la la for the money
We were disappointed in the greens, hopping balls along the bumpy greens. We disliked the deep uncut and uneven rough, losing balls everywhere.
Would not return. Z
Great course
Great course nice challenge look forward to my next round here
Disappointing
I have played the Oaks course at Twin Lakes and it is actually a great deal for the money, that said the Lakes course did not leave a good impression. Issues include:
CONS
-Course layout is absolute chaos
-No scorecard provided by starter, tee coordinator, or clubhouse.
-Yardage information not visible from two back tees.
-Probably slipped a disc driving on the cartpath.
PROS:
-Greens in excellent shape.
Verdict: Skip, better options available.
