Pebble Brook Golf Course

The layout was very nice and scenery. However, the course conditions are very bad. The greens are horrible with damage spots everywhere and they have not been mowed for a while. The golf carts are bad with damaged seats and without windshield. I would not play this course again.

Still beautiful from afar, but needs work. Not a common course you might be use to. Some greens have gotten better some worse.

It has been a while since I’ve played this course and it will definitely be a while before I go back. This course used to be a fun and beautiful place to play. The condition of the course was horrible. There was no sand in the sand traps. Most of the fairways were indistinguishable from the rough. The greens appeared not to have been taken care of all season. NOT worth it even after getting a good price ($30 fo 18). There are many other courses in the area.

Many of the greens are in poor condition making it difficult to putt accurately. There are many aluminum cans and some trash found all throughout the course. Suggest placing trash receptacles at each tee box and reminding golfers not to litter.

Back nine was closed front nine greens under repair no mention of this when booking. When trying to play par 3 number 6 hole grounds keepers were spreading sand on green saw me on tee box screwed around with the sand for 12 minutes instead of stepping aside and letting me play and move on very rude

I’ve played here a few times and the views are some of the most beautiful. But this course is one of the worst taken care of I’ve ever seen. It could probably be one of the best but it seems that they don’t care about the course at all and just want you to pay. They haven’t maintained it at all. Fairways basically don’t exists and the greens are the worst I’ve ever seen. Seems to be worse each time I go play.

Stay away. $45 to play is robbery.

Tee boxes: Missing markers, uncut grass, dirt patches.

Fairways: Weeds everywhere. Can't tell where the fairway turns to rough.

Greens: Large dirt patches, burnt areas, uncut, looks like they actually cut out strips to move the grass to somewhere else.

Carts: Unsafe, old, in disrepair.

Cart paths: It's a hilly course with several steep grades. The path is slick so going downhill with the carts is dangerous.

Bunkers: Overgrown with grass and weeds.

Played here once a year for last 3 years at different times of year and it's the same or getting worse. I will not play again.

Beautiful layout and views. A couple of greens in rough shape but overall was very good. Will be back.

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself and thinking that they will ever make any changes or care about this course again.

I am finally done. Will never go back again. This used to be such a nice course and the layout is awesome. But the owners are spending zero dollars on maintaining this course.

The carts are so old and most don’t have brakes enough to stop the carts on all the hills that the course has. Plus there are big chunks of the seat padding missing from every single cart. (Literally, there were 30 carts lined up in the staging area and not a single one had a seat without a big chunk missing!)

The tee boxes are in such bad shape and all overgrown that you can’t even tell how far your tee is in the ground.

The fairways are rough and patchy and 90% of the greens are so bad you can’t expect to make a put. The green one number 5 has a huge trench running right down the center of the green! (And has for months, not just in the process of being fixed).

Do yourself a favor and avoid this course. I know they can usually get you in last minute, but it’s not worth it, even if the cost was only $20 instead of the $40+ cost they are still charging.

I loved the layout of the course. Very hilly. Several elevated tees to large greens. Blind tee shots. All to make the course really challenging. Beautiful vistas. This could be an amazing course! BUT, the conditions are terrible! This is especially so with the greens. There were some areas that made it impossible to putt.

In addition, the clubhouse was virtually empty. No equipment. No clothing. No accessories. The golf carts (every one of them) were all torn. Not a good look at all. I'll not be returning to this course.

Course needs major work to greens. Rough as can be and sand everywhere. A couple greens had sand running all the way across them a foot or more wide.

Tee boxes werent much better and fairways need some care.

Per policy we werent given a rain check, but the stadd was pretty rude about it when we asked.

Which policy is policy but just for what that course has to offer, they should be a little more friendly and accommodating.

Price wasn't bad so i guess you get what you pay for but pay the extra $10 or so for a better experience elsewhere.

3rd time playing here in about 4 months and... Staff was friendly, and did not take too long to play. Some fun holes.

BUT course needs major work. Multiple green with either large amounts of sand everywhere, or no grass on 50% of the green. Some greens had straight lines of sand all the way across the green, at least a foot wide. Golf carts had terrible steering, seats were missing large chunks of cushion, brakes barely worked and no window on front. With multiple holes being up or down steep hills, it felt dangerous driving.

Sure, it was not too expensive as compared to most courses, and "you get what you pay for," but a few other comparable in price or cheaper courses are much more well kept. Just feel like they could put a little more TLC into it.

This was my first and, for the near/medium term, my last time I will play this course. I got my first signal of what to expect when I went to pay my green fees. The "pro shop" was virtually empty! No golf ball selection. No shirts. No towels...virtually nothing. Second signal was when I went to get my golf cart. There were several waiting to be taken. EVERY one of them was beat up. EVERY seat was torn and there had been no attempt to even repair them. Once on course, most of the tee boxes (white & gold) were in very rough, rock hard shape. But worst of all were the greens. In my opinion, every single green needs to be dug up and re-sodded. I'm not sure if they froze during last winter or contracted some disease, but they were terrible. Will say this, despite all that, the course layout was GREAT. Beautiful vistas, challenging hole designs. Fun course. This could be a wonderful golf course if it was managed properly.
