Greens are in great shape. A little slow compared to other courses around here. No beverage cart on this course. 4 set of tees, blue, white, black, red. Also a yellow kids tee set up in fairways. Tee boxes are a little rough.

Really nice course with really nice greens and beautiful layout with dramatic vistas. Cut through a Forest with lots of elevation. 40 minute drive from Destin is worth it.

Hard fairways and fast greens. You cant beat the value thru golfnow. Round of golf w/cart for $16.

almost everything was great however the first cut of rough is getting too thick for the average 15 and above handicap and that's where most of their balls go. significant amount of time taken to find a ball that we knew was within 5 feet of farway. Didn't see it until you stood right on top of it. Beyond that no complaints excellent opportunity to play golf at a reasonable price

We found the course in very good condition. It is not busy at this time of the year so there was no problem getting an acceptable tee time. And a tee time at a GREAT RATE! Excellent value for money.

The front nine plays longer than the back but the back 9 is tighter than the front so shot placement is critical. There are more slopes and gradients on this course than is typical of most Florida course and the fairways are generally tight and tree-lined. The greens overall were in very good shape as were the bunkers.

There is no water on the course to find our balls but there are a number of "junk" areas waiting to catch the poorly-hit shot.

Highly recommended.

Came to Destin for the week and wanted to avoid the crowds, Blackstone pulled through! I played the course for $12 on a golfnow deal and I feel like I robbed the place. The course is forgiving and challenging for the mid handicapper at the same time.

The greens were mostly in good shape and rolled consistent. The fairways were fair but there was room for improvement. It was a great experience and will make it back when I return to Destin

Hour or more drive from most anywhere! Price was right, $14 plus some fees on GN! Hard to beat. Okay, Golf course. Just aerated recently and job well done, I could tell but it wasn't a distraction. No fault of the club but very few players fix their balls marks, fill their divots or rake the bunkers. Comes with the handicap and level of player this price draws to play here I would guess? Overall a nice little track, I say little because it is short from all but the very back tees. Very hilly and undulated on every hole presenting some very awkward lies with the ball well above or below your feet even in the middle of the fairway. J had a couple or three lies that were 4 feet off the fairway and I almost couldn't find my ball. Maybe some mowing where the average player hits the ball would help. Again I paid $16 with fees and a few bucks round trip in gas. Overall a nice track with variation in what is required of your game to score well, I would definitely play here again, however anything over about $25 and I probably wouldn't. You should go play and see for yourself!

Great course and great staff. We had 3 somes and 4 somes that held up at for 15-20 minutes and would not yield to faster players for the entire back 9

I'm from out of town on vacation in Destin & was looking for a place to get a round in. Course is in good shape. Greens are on the slow side but that's fine, beats super fast greens. Majority of fairways are tight & you have to be somewhat straight off the box or you will be in trouble. The course is fair if you hit the correct shots you will be rewarded if not then penalized. I got paired up with 2 guys that was an absolute delight to play a round of golf with. Everyone on the course playing & working was friendly. Overall pleasant experience & would highly recommend.

Great course, a total five star experience every time I play here. Blackstone reminds me of some of the courses I use to play in northern Michigan

with its rolling hills, ravines and best of all , no homes lining the fairways.

I go to Florida about four times a year to golf with my brothers who live in Bonifay and Chipley. They have lived there for 20 years and hardly heard of Blackstone. We decided to play this weekend to give it a shot since our regular course Dogwood Lakes has been shut down. Everyone was absolutely amazed with the elevation changes and quality of the course overall. It is absolutely a gem tucked away in Northern Florida. I live in North Carolina in the mountains and it is similar to some of the courses here and made me feel right at home. If you're thinking about playing it pull the trigger and go for it.

Course is in good shape. A few issues on some greens with a few bare spots. Can't beat the hot deal price. Played in the middle of the day on a Saturday and only encountered one solo whom we let play through. Live about an hour away and it was worth the drive. I enjoy the challenging lay out which is different from other courses in NW Florida.

The course is absolutely immaculate at this time. From tee to green, very well maintained. The greens were about a 10-11 rating for speed. Highly recommended to all of my friends and fellow golfers!

This is one of my favorite courses in Florida. I look forward to playing it anytime I am in the area.

Course was in great shape given that it's 90 degrees in June in Florida. Layout is great - 2nd time playing the course and wish I played it a lot as well placed drives would payoff well on several holes.
