Great course have to play very smart with all the water holes. Wish the greens were little better condition but can’t ask for to much in December

Course was packed on a Friday afternoon. Had to put through seed on the greens. The course was a mix of dry hard pan and mud. Staff seemed overwhelmed in the shop as well.

I could exhaust my character limit complaining about this round. Actually, we didn’t play a full round. We were so disgusted we quite at the turn to ask for a refund. We were charged a full rate green fee to play a course that had grass seed completely covering every single green. The ball had a five o’clock shadow every time you’d putt because the greens were wet. Yes, wet. Sprinklers where turned on on 3 of the greens we were putting on. Yes, while we were playing. Clubhouse was indifferent when we called to ask them to turn them off. “Well we have seed down so we have to water”. And every fairway was waterlogged in multiple places. Dry patches or should I say muddy patches because of the wet conditions all over the fairways. And it hasn’t rained in weeks mind you. Makeshift tee boxes everywhere that were not mowed down and was full knee high weeds and ant beds. Pace of play was slow as DMV lines on a Friday.

When we quite at the turn and asked for our money back they blamed Golf now for a technicality as to why they couldn’t give us our money back. If you are going to have people pay good money to play on a course that abysmal, be transparent about the conditions before they book AND cut your rate in half! Never coming back, stay away people!

This isn’t a course that’s gonna “wow” you. But it is a very gettable course with a great layout. Fun and fair course that makes you decided on driver or irons off the tee. I love this course as a confidence builder. I will forever play her at least once a month.

I’m a 9 handicap, first time playing this course. I found the course challenging, decent greens, crowded and slow play. Driving range is decent. Some of the holes are straight forward, others have small landing areas which are challenging for average golfers. For example, hole #10 is a challenging drive from tips for even a low handicap player with long water carry. Clubhouse looks like it was flooded or something, very bad. Mens room didn’t even have drywall! Finally, a couple of the cart paths cross water falls with no wall or retaining wall. The path has fast moving water and at one point I felt the cart hydroplane and thought we might actually slide into the reservoir! I found this very scary and found it hard to believe the course would put players in this position. Probably for that reason alone I’ll not return.

I played on a Sunday morning. The course was so wet from what I assume is their sprinklers. Muddy and soggy conditions. There wasn’t a single cart person to provide drinks or snacks. The tee boxes are uneven and beaten up. The course is not well maintained and entirely too wet to play in the morning. I would recommend going elsewhere or not starting your round until after 11am.

I liked the course layout and the staff was friendly. but the clubhouse still has water damage from the freeze 1.5 years ago. the areas around the greens and the greens themselves were unbelievably wet and soggy. there's no way you were going to successfully hit a bump and run and forget about putting. if they can get the course sorted out I'd be willing to olay there again but not at it's current condition.

The course was playable but the overall conditions were not good with bare spots on the tee boxes, fairways and greens. There were several washed out bunkers and the greens were grainy and slow.

For $70ish dollars it was not worth it. We had a five some ahead of us approved by course staff. The staff was also not aware that an individual was raising money for veterans in which he stated if you “won” the challenge there was shop credit available. This turned out not to be the case. Greens were slow course is poorly layer out. Also tips out at only 6300 yards. For $70 bucks in the DFW area take your money elsewhere.
