Horrible greens and backed up tee times. First 2 greens had zero grass and no mention of it by club house or starter.
5 1/2 hour round
Pace of play was so slow. Started at 10:30 and ended at 3:50. Not anyone in specifics fault, but they should spread out the tee times if it’s going to be this slow. They were backed up all the way to the first tee. The first two greens are literally sand. Hopefully the grass will grow but it’s already April with still a beach for greens one and two. Had a great time still because it was my first full 18, but will be looking somewhere else for my 2nd full round.
Good Value
This course has friendly staff. The first two greens are basically sand, but the courses outside of that are well kept. Only major issue is that both times I’ve played here the pace was slow, and I did not finish 18 holes both times because of slow large groups ahead of me. I suspect it is because it is cheap and still decent for the price golfing. If the pace of play were not so slow on the past two Saturdays I would go regularly.
High price for little value
Course is not up to par for what they charge. From staffs comments, appears they are working on renovating the course. Marshall is overzealous and seems to think driving his cart next to you on the fairway is welcomed as he follows you through the three holes, even knowing that we had groups in front.
Won’t be back here and will warn others of this place.

Conditions of this course were embarrassing..

The course is amazing. It will be even better when they fix hole one and two greens. Really enjoy the round. Especially for the price.
