Slow moving in front same 4 somes
The fairways need some growth and greens are taking a long time to recover...The same 2 or more 4somes slow up the course and take 4ever on the greens ...I play here weekly and see the same group ..They need to be blocked or pushed along..just a thought
Punched greens
Course is in overall good shape but the aerated the greens recently . The greens are very inconsistent and look like they've been punched recently...Cart Path only so slow play vc of that and we had a single in front who ranger could have gotten them thru .....that's all !
Greens aerated last week and are recovering
We were fortunate that pace of play on this weekend was good; rarely waiting unless on the Par 3s. The grass is still brown from the winter but that also means that the rough is rather tame this time of the year. As noted in the title, the greens were aerated about a week ago and are still recovering. The tee box markers need to be refreshed/repainted and reset. Some are missing/not easy to spot. It was a beautiful day to play. I’ll be returning this year to try my luck again.
They made us a 5some
Course in great shape needs water like most courses ..They made Are 4some a 5some then threw a single and 3 some in front of Us on the back .
I know the 4somes behind Us were probably frustrated .but they put a 5th with Us and starters kind of made the slowness by creating these conditions
First Time at the OC
Was suppose to be a warm day but it was cold. Overall all was good. Players behind us complained about the pace, however it wasn't us it was the group in front of us. The course was multi....which I loved. I would definitely come back gim and bring my baddies.
Below 40 degrees
Was eager to go out, during 40mph winds and 39 degree of open play, other than the weather shot 93
So not bad due too conditions
Always little slow pace
Greens and fairways in decent shape , Pace of play was slow on back nine 2 foursome playing from multiple tee areas and slower on greens. Like betting on every putt...But course overall in decent shape for winter golf .
Good deal on Golf now
It was a good deal last minute on Golf Now..
The course was wet but in great shape fairways soft and playable greens fast but wet from morning and rain 2days before ...The course was fairly empty so we moved fast thru 18holes. They should have more deals the course will get more play.
