Course is in great shape, new water drainage upgrades!
We played the Red and White 9 hole courses. They have done course drainage improvements which all look great! The course is in fantastic shape! We always enjoy Prairie Lakes!

Great challenging course
Great course, you have to make sure you stay in the fairways or you’ll be playing rescue golf through the trees. You’ll find your ball but have to punch it back out to the fairway. We had 4” of rain two days before and the course drained really well, just some mud in the trees. I’ll play this course again.

Good round
Had a very relaxed round at the course...the fairways were less than excellent, with some parts quite dry and devoid of grass...the course was challenging, especially the last few holes with water hazards which make it very interesting. The pathways could be better in some places where the cement had given way. Overall very satisfied and will definitely look to playing again.

Must play DFW
Course fantastic. Clubhouse needs significant attention. Golf carts in good shape. Fairways and greens. Were spectacular especially for a municipal course. Definitely a must play course in Dallas Fort Worth.

Great Course for the Price
Course layout is great. What a view of the lake from some of the holes. Greens are in great shape. If you hit the fairways you are in green grass but it starts to get a bit rough if you are right or left.

Good Golf
Nothing tricky about the 27 holes. If your drives find the trees, take your medicine and chip back to the fairway. Plenty of opportunities to make up for a few bogies. Greens rolled great and the fairways were in good condition. Just enough water around the course to add character. While playing, I didn’t even think about the course not having bunkers. Solid course for the money and one of the best practice areas in DFW.

Love the course, but bad management
Sunday labor day weekend, and they send their cart girls home before 3pm... Club house did not tell us they would be doing this when we checked in.
