A GEM of a COURSE in Grand Prairie
I love Prairie Lakes and the views are amazing.
The Greens roll well and not too wet though there was a lot of rain several days earlier.
It drained better than I thought.
The pace could be much better--a 4-some who are regulars took so long to play.
Overall I will be back.
Staffs are wonderful and accommodating
A special shout-out to Brian for helping me get my phone back after club is already closed. I had left my I phone on the returned cart. Brian was heading out to parking lot. It was easy for him to say No and could have asked me to come back next but he didn't. He called his boss to get the pass code to come back to the office for my phone. i am so grateful for his help!
Nice for thus time of Year
The course was in good condition for first weekend in March, would have preferred to play Blue and red Courses but White was ok.

Prairie lakes
Weather was a bit chilly, but warmed up a bit as we played. The Greens were fast, so getting used to the speed and slope were a bit challenging. I had some 3 putts when usually it should have been 2 putts.
The fairways were decent, but the ground was fairly hard, so in some cases getting some turf to hit off of made some shots a bit more difficult than having some turf to hit from.
It was a very enjoyable round. it was great to get out, and this course is always a nice choice to play.
Beautiful course!
And great staff! We were 20 minutes late and gave us no problem at all. 👍👍
