About
Originally opened in 1938 as a nine-hole course, Landa Park Golf Course has since expanded by 52 acres in 1969 to make it an 18-hole course. Although it is on the shorter side, the golf course is still entertaining for golfers of all skill levels. Bordering the Comal River, there are some water hazards coming into play on the course. The fairways are wide and there are not many difficult approach shots, making it a more player-friendly golf course. Landa Park Golf Course features small, undulating greens and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Although it is fairly forgiving, Landa Park does have some challenges, including the lengthy par-5 fourth hole that stretches over 550 yards.

Tough but enjoyable round
Course in great condition. On this day pin placements were in diabolical locations. Made for a tough day on the greens. Didn’t take away from a most enjoyable round of golf.

Landa Golf Course
I had a fantastic experience at this golf course from start to finish. The Pro Shop staff, starter, and bar and grill staff were all tremendous, so friendly and accommodating. Despite the summer's drought, the course was in great shape, with the greens being particularly awesome. They were rolling at a nice pace, and the overall pace of play was great too. It was a friendly and fun experience all around. The wings and fries at the bar and grill are a must-try absolutely to die for! Overall, for the price, it's a great course and experience.

Always a pleasure playing here...
Had a late afternoon tee time and was able to complete 17 holes before darkness got us. Course was in great condition and weather was great for golfing. It would have been nice to have the cart girl out there, but after two tournaments that day I'm sure they were tired and ready to go home.
We still had lots of fun and plan on coming back soon.

Always a pleasure playing this course....
Got an afternoon tee time, after getting thru Wurstfest traffic and parking, my group and I had a fun afternoon. The staff is always friendly and receptive to feedback. I play this course as much as I can and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.
The course is in excellent condition and the greens are fast and challenging.

Great for the price
Course featured great landscape and wildlife. However, pace of play did keep from having consistent feel.

Management SUCKS
You have to know somebody or be a single to get a tee time before noon on the weekends and you have to get lucky during the week. Management books times for their regulars and claim "they got on at midnight 2 weeks before". If you are looking to play here, just know it will be PM and it will be slower play because of everyone else having to do the same

Very fun round
Our 1st time playing this course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Greens were in great shape. I will definitely play this course again.
