About
Originally opened in 1938 as a nine-hole course, Landa Park Golf Course has since expanded by 52 acres in 1969 to make it an 18-hole course. Although it is on the shorter side, the golf course is still entertaining for golfers of all skill levels. Bordering the Comal River, there are some water hazards coming into play on the course. The fairways are wide and there are not many difficult approach shots, making it a more player-friendly golf course. Landa Park Golf Course features small, undulating greens and there are mature trees lining the fairways. Although it is fairly forgiving, Landa Park does have some challenges, including the lengthy par-5 fourth hole that stretches over 550 yards.

Course was really good, greens in great condition and well manicured. Some nice twilight specials, and friendly staff. Been to several courses in area and Landa is well kept.

Beautiful course by the river
The course was in great shape. The greens rolled close to true, if not careful you can easily 3 or 4 putt. Very fun course and challenging as well if you land the ball in the wrong spots. Would definitely recommend this course if you are in the area.

Fun course to play
Not a long course. Have good conditions. Deer on every hole it seems. Slow group ahead of us which made our round over 4.5 hours. We saw No marshall to talk too given it was a busy day. Cart girls where well stocked. Traps were wet and out of play but looked playable. Good value for the $.

GOOD TIME PLAY
Great time playing landa as always... even with a 5some infront.. still finished round under 4hrs.... course in good condition....

The staff was unfriendly when I was telling him of my tee time.Probably because those that checked in before me were all white.But anyway I just kept calm and just waited for him to check me in.
