The Nicklaus Design Course at Vidanta Puerto Penasco

I was extremely impressed with Vidanta Golf Course. Excellent shape, friendly staff, great design. I will be back, probably tomorrow.

Lots of cuttings laying on course needing picked up the greens were decent speed tee boxes were tidy .

Booked 18 holes was bot told they airrated the greens until we arrived also was informed the back nine was closed due to recent aeration. We were told we had to play the front nine twice. All the tee boxes were covered in sand also the greens were aeratied also covered in sand tough to putt .We were 3 and did not enjoy the round we feel Vidante should give all 3 of us a replacement round once the course is back to normal . If we had been informed in any way we would have postponed the round to a later date .Also the rough is so deep on some holes once your ball goes in it if you can find it its almost impossible to hit the ball out . Right now is not a good time to play a course which is usually a pleasure to play.

Great course, tee shots are challenging as a first time out as many of them are blind.

The course is in grear shape the views are spectacular. We made a friend on hole 17 a young coyote looking for some food

What an amazing course. I'd have to say it is probably in the top 5 courses I've played. Course conditions were amazing, tee boxes were mint, and the greens rolled true. There were some spots needing a bit of maintenance but was being tended to. You check in at the hotel/golf shop before going to the course, we found that out the hard way. Signage and directions could be a bit better but we found it.

Narrow course. A lot of wind in the afternoons. It helps to know the course. Great condition, fast pace

Rough getting a little long but course in great condition it was extremely windy so difficult to score but great to be there the scenery is outstanding

Course is playing wonderful in beautiful condition

The golf course at the Puerto Penasco Vidanta was wonderful to play on. This was our first time playing here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The course was fun and challenging with some beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez. We had nobody playing behind us both days we played, so could take our time and not feel pushed. The staff was very friendly and even helped load our clubs on the cart,and cleaned our clubs when we're done playing. Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend.

The course was immaculate condition nice going to the grounds crew

Course is good but its 40min from town no club house ,very old golf carts , you need a booklet so you know the golf hole layout or a good GPS on a golf cart

Value for money but would not return to play it again

Quite Windy most of the time
