Challenging
Great course layout that will challenge your accuracy. New Bermuda fairways are coming in nicely.
Learning curve
One of the funnest courses I have played yet. Have to be able to control ball to score good. After 3-4 holes got smart and put driver away and scored better. Love the variety of holes. Me and my wife will definitely be back.
2nd time around
We were blessed with a second chance to play this awesome course. Having played it earlier in the week helped us play better and know what we needed to do. Not your typical wide open, level course. Has a lot of trouble and makes you play smart. Loved it again.
Great course, BUT!!!!
Great course. The overall layout of the course was great. Greens , fairways where in great shape. The workers there were friendly. A very good golf course. BUT. As on most courses the managment of the rangers was poor. Groups of 5 and 6 players caused more waiting time . It finally took a call to the club house for them to take action. And then they didn't break up the group. Just made them let us play through.
Multiple tee box options
I like the five sets of tee box options. You can chose a distance based on your skill level and enjoy the round. All courses need to convert to this system. Greens rolled well. Played on a day when very little rain fell and it was cart path only. Didn't feel that was necessary. Walking to your ball after every shot took forever with the way this course is laid out. I will definitely return multiple times this summer to play this course.
golfabout
The course was shut down for 3 months last year to replace the fairway grass, I don`t know what kind of grass they used, the only grass I saw was some kind of wild clump grass ,the kind you would pull up and throw away if you found it growing in your yard. Also the golf carts do not slow down when going downhill, no governer they reley on the brakes only. They need to get the right kind of golf carts
They Don't like you to use Golf Now
Booked thru golf now for a foursome for 10 am tee time after booking another guy called and wanted to go so i logged on to golf now and booked another round for a 12 noon tee time did'nt think it would be a big deal since was told that was not anyone playing the course yet due to cart path only and time of year after booking received a call from Manager of course stating she didn't like me using golf now and thought I was trying to cheat her because she didn't make anything from the hot deals, but stated we could go ahead an play this time but not again. upon arriving at the course at around 9:15 and no one and i mean like 3 cars in the complete parking lot was told by the club house that we were being held to our tee times of 10 am, we then bought 3 buckets of range balls to hit and was told after buying the range balls since we had bought them after we hit the balls we could go out and play. played 18 holes of golf and seen 3 other golfers the entire time on the course, but held to our tee time because we booked thru golf now, needless to say we won't be going back I now know why they don't have any players on this course except thier volounteers
Not for the faint at Heart
This is a really tough course. Take lots of cheap balls with you.
PHENOMINAL AS ALWAYS!!!
First and foremost Eagle Ridge is a fantastic course! Second i would like to publish that i recently had accidentally posted a review that was just 3 stars or so for Eagle Ridge- I thought that I was posting on another course that I had played so do not let the 3 star review mislead you because it's definitely a 5 Star golf course I just wanted to clear that up; Furthermore i would like to note that It is priced well in comparison to other golf courses in the area. I have branded this as my home course and as you all know there is no place like home. Everything about this course is great from the scenic views, beautiful wildlife, the very very nice and respective staff members right down the the great golf that you will play here. PLAY EAGLE RIDGE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!!
difficult course with great views
This course is beautiful and in good shape. It has some great views off a cliff and over the lake. It is quite challenging for an amateur golfer and requires a good deal of precision on most holes. The staff is friendly but there is nowhere to eat after the front 9, because the front 9 doesn't come out at the clubhouse. There is also a very nice driving range. Overall, I enjoyed the course and will be back.
Nice, Difficult Course - Wish it was CHEAPER to play!
difficult and pricey as usual. course undergoing maintenance recovery

*ATTENTION READERS!!!!!! - Overlook this review I thought that i was posting on a different course than Eagle Ridge; this is not a 3 star course at all, EAGLE RIDGE IS A 5 STAR GOLF COURSE! the maintenance, the staff, scenery and the golf are FANTASTIC! 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!!!
Must Play for the Money
Beautiful scenery and challenging golf, not to mention the value for the money. The course is in very good shape and the staff is one of the friendliest I have encountered. You will not be disappointed if you give this course a try.
This course has awesome views!
Make sure to pick up the tip sheet on how to play this one! Fairways not always fair. Had a great time but this course is not one to look for your best score. Would absolutely play again! Greens were fantastic! Standing on the tee boxes overlooking your shot was awesome!
Beautiful scenic course
The course is challenging in that it requires you to hit to certain areas, stray shots are costly. The course was in pristine condition, greens were quick but very true. Pace of play was excellent as the course is rarely crowded. Even if you feel the course is too difficult for you, you should play it at least once, just to see the beauty of nature. Several deer and wild turkey on the course as well.
Eagle Ridge
This is a tough but fun course. It is probably the prettiest course in the area. Definitely worth the trip down.
Best value around
Extreme value for the money. The first time playing this course don't expect to score well. Stick with it after the first four holes it gets much easier. Take advantage of the tip sheet provided by the club house and you will be fine. This is not a course for bombers as shot placement is key. Would not recommend for beginners. Greens rolled out great, fairways were in great shape. If you can find someone to play with that has knowledge of the course it will make your round that much better if not who cares just enjoy your round on this very scenic and challenging course.
Nice course
Challenging course. Fun to play if you don't care to lose few balls
Beautiful Course,Amazing Staff, Truly Amazing Experience
Awesome course, challenging beautiful layout, everyone needs to play it once before they die. Staff is top notch, golf here quite often never had an unpleasant experience, more golf courses should follow the example these ladies have set as far as a staff.
One of the best courses ever
This is the kind of course, while you are playing you wish you could see the pros play it. Lots of risk reward shots, lots of you just have to hit it well with no easy way out. Great course, Staff goes out of it's way to be friendly. A MUST PLAY!
Great course
Great workers, great weather, challenging course, and greens ate in great conditions. Perfect place to play and have fun!
I am very disappointed by the misleading information in the comments about your experience at Eagle Ridge. It was obvious that the booking was meant to be for a five-some, by booking a 10 a.m. tee time for four and then a noon tee time for a single in the same name/account and only because of the discounted price. I NEVER stated my displeasure with you USING GolfNow just in the obvious of your group trying to create a five-some by obtaining a 2 hour later time only because of price. We have guidelines we need to follow as well as any other business. GolfNow has been a great tool for us and is great for consumers to book tee times at their leisure. The Pro Shop did nothing wrong but to hold you to your tee time, not because you booked through GolfNow.
Thanks, Missy and Staff at Eagle Ridge
