The Courses at Watters Creek - Traditions Course

Course was in great shape. Cold wet day in December. Pace could have been better , group of 5 in front played very slowly. No course Marshall on the backside. No cart/ drink girl seen the entire round. But for pure gold , great course, outstanding value. Excellent deal through golf now.

Course is always in great condition. It's a challenging layout and a lot of fun

We played this course the day after a pretty hard rain. I Love the fact that it drains so well and was not very messy. It is such a better course since it has been renovated. This course is enjoyable, staff was friendly and helpful. I am a 5 handicap, I played with 3 guys that were 20+ handicaps We all had a great time. Not to easy for me, not to hard for them. Look forward to playing it again..

A great value and overall fantastic course. Well worth the $35 green fee.

First time playing here since they re-did the course and loved it. For November it was in great shape, can't imagine how good it will be this summer. Very challenging course, great course.

Staff was extremely RUDE!!! Starter didn't even acknowledge we were waiting to tee off, then let 2 other groups pass before we were allowed to tee off!!

Saw a beverage cart once on 18 holes!!! Really??? Beautiful Friday afternoon course is busy, and no beverage cart!!! Marshalls were ok, but as almost every marshall in the North Texas area they DO NOTHING to improve the pace of play, drive and go to the creek to look for golf balls!!! The best part of the marshalls we saw all day was we were teeing off on a par four and the marshall was driving up the path, and chose not to stop while we were hitting. As it happened my buddy came within a couple of feet of hitting his cart. Then the marshall had the audacity to say we almost hit him, I asked him since he saw us teeing off, and we didn't wave him up, why did he keep driving? For that all I got was "hit the ball straighter" and he drove off.

This is the last time I will ever go to this course, not worth the money, the time or YOUR TIME!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Tough course. Greens were great. Little Slow would be the only problem. A lot of Joe Blow's aka "first time players" hitting the course because these people are banking on these Joe Blow's hooking tee times on this golfnow.com website. The Joe Blow's need to stay on the putting green or driving range or better yet the local putt-putt course would be better.

It was great.the weather is good. the staff is kind. the cart is good.

A very good course that offers challenge shots for all level of golfers! Course is well kept and has some very pretty holes!

Pace was terrible this day due to a threesome (men) who continued to lose their balls and look for them. Plus, when in tee-box (green or fairway in front wide open) they were giving one of the guys swinging lessons!

I would like to encourage proshop offer at least one women's item to show some support to the women golfers. Plus, perhaps provide a little more attention to ladies room! This is second time played course and overall doesn't seem to patron to women and if I wasn't playing with husband not sure I would recommend to women.

Great course conditions(greens were good), great service, great pace. left with 0 reasons to complain.

Nicest muni in the DFW area. Very nice practice area also.

My friend and I played this course for the first time, booked thru Golfnow. We were greeted by several people as we entered clubhouse to check in. It was all pretty friendly. Starter was abrupt and did not offer us any information about the course or pin placements. Course was in pretty good shape and greens fast. We played gold not forward, but with 5 tees on the scorecard , there were no ratings for women. Had to go to USGA to get rating to post score. So how hard to put on scorecard?

We played here as a threesome on a Friday, teeing off right before noon. Pace of play was a bit slow and we finished in 4 hours 45 minutes. Course was in really nice condition, super carts, very nice grill and super clean restrooms. Unless you are a scratch golfer looking for the ultimate challenge, then this is the place for you!

This Course makes us excited all the time.
Still challenge and little difficult course.

Had 5 beginners playing with 2 clubs although 2 should have been playing. Finally had a Marshall stop them from doing it at hole 16.

Noce course good variety need to do a little better job controlling pace one obvious beginner backed up the whole course and little was done to push them along
