Nice course ,not too difficult but not much change in terrain.

Staff and members are friendly .

This course was brilliant, traditional clubhouse, small club shop. However we played today and found out at the 1st fairway that it was temp greens.

The actual greens were immaculate not sure why the temps were out they looked good to play on.

My wife and I played this course on one of the better weather days of the week. There had clearly been a lot of rain previously but the green keepers had done an excellent job and the course was in excellent condition. We were made to feel so welcome and all the members we met on the course would stop and have a quick chat to give us advise on the upcoming holes. The professional and catering staff were very helpful and we left saying that we would definitely come back and play the course.

It was a near perfect day on a well laid out perfect course in great condition . Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed playing here would really consider being a member, only negative I’ve got is there was no score cards about and the shop wasn’t open get one(opened at 0800…we tee’d off at 0730) but there was two gents teeing off behind us and they had a spares so the kindly gave us a score card.

Bit wet due to rain the night before. But good overall as always

Given all the bad weather and courses shut. I was amazed when ringing up to find full tees, greens and no restrictions . Arrived to find the course in fantastic condition, well signed and little touches like divot bags, coloured flags and friendly members made it a superb experience for us both. We also played some decent golf even with the wind.

The course had a good mix of holes from the short par 3 6th to the challenging par 5 16th. A really well looked after course with smallish challenging greens. A good test for all abilities. Highly recommended

Played Ashton and Lea again because ur course was closed due to wet weather. Great price for a round £12.00.Nice friendly greeting in the Pro shop. Great round of golf.

Played on a hot deal which made it competitive with other courses. We hadn't been for four months and we really enjoyed it. Greens in great condition and not many soggy or muddy bits round the course... Will keep an eye on their hot deals and hopefully be back

Was winter greens in play but for £12 u can’t complain. Will be back we better weather n can giv proper review then

Booked a round at Ashton and Lea when our home course was closed because of the wet conditions. Friendly, well equipped pro shop. Despite the wet weather recently the course was was in good condition. Played 18 holes no problem. Nice course, enjoyable afternoon.

Great course and it’s in great condition. Would play here again without a shadow of a doubt. The guy in the pro shop is a top bloke and really helped us out when I accidentally booked the wrong date to play. I’ll be playing again there soon.
