Bath Golf Club

Fantastic course to play, real thinking golfers course, not an easy hole out there, fantastic views of the local area throughout, only disappointment was that there had been maintenance on the greens and sand covered which made putting extremely difficult and therefore took the edge off the full enjoyment, so this was the only real let down although I appreciate this was reflected in the green fee there was no prior mentioning of the green work that had taken place before our round, would love to reattend when the greens are back to normal.

Amazing views and some nice holes. Greens and complexes are very decent. Seems like a friendly golf club. I didn't like the close proximity and crossing of holes in one or two places. Conditions were very dry and windy, so sloping fairways are difficult to hold even with a good shot sometimes. Probably better on a second visit and a more conservative approach. Personally, I've played other decent courses for less money recently and so I think I was probably expecting better, hence a bit disappointed. My scoring didn't help my mood!
