Strong challenge, always playable
One of the few courses that genuinely is playale all year round - no temporary greens or tees, drainage good. A very stiff test off the back tees in winter due to the wind, but always playable. At this time of year there is nothing more annoying than playing 'half' a course, like most in Bedfordshire, but not a problem here!
