Great course some very hard greens witch adds to the fun. Went with 3 mate had a great day. Staff at the shop were very helpful. All round very well priced for the experience

BLANKNEY starts wonderfully.

I've always loved the first 7 holes, a nice mix through undulating parkland.

It is a course where you can forget about everything else but the game of golf...but from the 8th it gets boring, with one or two exceptions, the excellent par 3 13th being one of them.

There is little drama through the final stretch & with the clubhouse tucked away from the course itself, it makes for an anti climax.

The pace of play always seems to crawl from the par 3 7th onwards as well. Senior 4 ball groups obviously love playing here!

Very good course but also very challenging. Excellent greens with good sized fairways. End up in the rough and it's very tough to recover. Looking forward to playing again soon

Arrived early for my tee time and the pro got me out with three members who were great company. Greens were true and quick. Some damage to course from bugs and birds but preferred lies meant this wasn't a great problem. Enjoyed it so much I'm going back again in two days.

First time playing this course

Overall we had a great experience.

Excellent course layout, V good greens, cracking course to play. I think this would present a challenge to all standards (9 handicap)

Area for improvement, some of the tees had what looked like either animal damage or disease that had removed areas of grass from the tee boxes.

This just made some tees look a bit scruffy but didn’t affect play. and is only a minor negative.

Will definitely play this course again as we found it thoroughly enjoyable

Good day unfortunately cut short by a emergency phone call where I had to leave less than half way through. But will definitely be back to play again, what I saw was great and my playing partners thoroughly enjoyed it.

Lovely layout with plenty of challenges for all level of golfers. I would certainly go back.

Played there for the second time, great course, great location and very friendly staff.

From arrival to departure the day was perfect. Great service in the pro shop, super prices, we purchased shoes and grips, and the course was in excellent condition, very well managed. Greens a bit tricky but eventually mastered. Had a drink in the bar afterwards which was excellent and the staff were just great. Well prepared for covid-19 conditions so we felt safe all over the property. Will definitely try and get there again.

Have not been here for 13 years but the course was just as good as I remember. Plenty of room to open your shoulders from the tee but lots of large trees if you are off line. Greens undulating and tricky. Hollows and bunkers well placed to catch mishit shots.

Played under Covid 19 regulations so bunkers not at their best and some areas affected by beetle grubs being dug up by crows. Condition of greens superb though.

Course in excellent condition, great practice area and very friendly chap in the pro shop. Would definitely recommend the place.
