Very good condition for this time of year after this winter. like to come back in the summer good food as well

A most lovely course golf course with beautiful open views to its surroundings.The greens were were slow due to few days rain and early summer time.Friendly staff.

In very good condition for time of year bearing in mind the wet weather we have had will be very pretty in the summer time and tricky will be back soon and we had a great deal in booking through tee off time as usual

Really enjoyed the round even though the greens were all on temps due to frost. At least the temps are alongside the greens so the length of the holes were the same. Fairways good. The two 4 balls in front of us let our 2 ball through and we played our game in just over 3 hours.

Was really pleased with the afternoon of golf. First time playing the 18 holes here and enjoyed it a lot. Considering the wet weather we have had the course was overall dry and with only 3 temp greens a good winter course. Some good holes some average holes and some great holes.

Overall a very good experience, considering the time of year the course was in good condition especially the greens. Driving range a little expensive at £3.20 for 25 golf balls. But overall very happy with the course. The staff were excellent from checking in throughout to the course Marshall and starter. Pace of play a little slow however this was down to congestion behind a competition. Would recommend playing to anyone if anything the par 3 16th over the water always will bring a highlight to your round as my playing partner found out,

The course was in very good condition and the green staff were working on relaying several paths as well as working on the course!!

Greens were in good condition and the course generally was good to play.

Pace of play was very slow but the place must be popular if there were that many players out on a cold & wet Thursday Lunch time.

Met several friendly players around the course at our frequent stops , and again the Greens staff that we chatted with were very friendly.

Club officials & catering staff not quite so. But hey why work with the public if you cannot be friendly and smile??

Nice course' a bit short but only paid £15' would play here for that much any time.....just wish slower players would call through' when they lose ground to the group in front.

A stunning course with interesting holes throughout. Plenty of doglegs and challenging tee shots. Well laid out and great use of a stunning parkland landscape. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to playing again.

Good fun course with some great little holes. Plenty of undulations and doglegs to keep you guessing. Me and my playing partner got round in three hours.

The quality of holes surprised me greatly! Each hole is different with lots of elevation changes. Easy working although a few up hills. Shame I waited so long to play this rather local course - definitely be back.

Great 18 holes, always fun playing and staff very helpful

On arrival the course and facilities looked very good and looked forward to playing it, however when we started we found that the fairways were in poor condition also we found that members were very impolite and played extremely slow making us wait 5 minutes per shot, we caught up with them on 3rd tee and wouldn't let us play through them and started hurling abuse at us for no reason, I would not recommend this course to anyone

I've been using the range here for sometime but never played the course. It's a great test of all parts of your game. Most tee shots have you debating between clubs and tee shot placement here is really important. Bunker skills are important as there is a whole plethora of bunkeRs around the course. Greens were in good condition, fairways a little dry but to be expected in the summer.

Pace of play was poor, there were a series of four balls ahead of us, all of which were very slow to let us through despite not being in a match.

All in all a good course and definetly value for money. Would definitely play again.

Enjoyed playing the course. Some really good holes and course was in great condition. The starter and course Marshall were both very friendly and helpful,

Of all the courses ive played in the last 12 months, this is my favourite. Its just such an interesting set up. Plenty of dog legs, undulations, raised greens, not to mention a plethora of fairway bunkers that really test your accuracy. Ive played here twice in the last couple of months and the course has been in fantastic condition on both occasions. Tee boxes, fairways and greens are very well kept, the greens especially are faultless. Its nice to play a course where the bunkers have proper fluffy sand in them, and its details such as this that the discerning golfer looks out for. The setting is very picturesque with plenty of trees and a lake next to the par 3 16th.

It is a real joy to play this course and i hope to play here another 2-3 times before the summer ends.

Nice course in good condition. A few hole a bit the same and only the 1 par 5.

An excellent golf course.

It would challenge all handicaps.

It was in fantastic condition and tree lined and very picturesque.

Facilities were second to none.

I would definitely recommend and play this course again and again

it's a very good golf course, the staff are friendly and professional. the weather are good. the other golfer on the course are very nice, a few couples let me through during the playing. I ended up a birdie on the 18th hole, bonus as nice playing out. will come back again.
