Quirky course, tough to hold greens.
Played the course before about 5 years ago. Enjoyed it mostly. Some quirky holes, couple of tricky par 3,s. The greens are small and quite a few are plateau so landing on and staying on is challenging when it's hard and fast like this round. Worth trying again.
Poor service, people of colour are not welcome here!
Was given excuse after excuse as to why I couldn't play, could not be booked in, told to return later when so and so will be there, what a waste of time. I have never felt so unwanted in a place. Well done to your staff for this. Will warn all people of colour to steer clear. What a disgrace in this day and age. You can keep your golf course.
Great friendly course. Excellant day out
Staff very friendly. Members very friendly which let’s face it can be an issue on most courses. Course in great condition (greens fast). Nice little par 9 x 2 with some interesting challenging holes. Well worth a visit

Really good 9 hole course on the door step. Plenty of practice facilities to warm up with Nets, large chipping area and a putting green. Couple of confusing holes with the layout but i think that was more of a me issue than anything else but there is a couple of greens close together at times and it took a minute to figure out which green was ours but luckily it was quiet enough we could take our time. Greens well maintained and some nice views over North Staffs as well! All staff really friendly as were other players we came across!

Great tricky little course
Course was in brilliant condition. Play here regulary and it’s very unforgiving tester of a course . £20 quid for 18 holes of golf. Can’t moan at that.

Great credit to the green staff fairways immaculate and the greens best round here by a mile used to be a member definitely up for a rejoin well done everyone at burslem GC happy days recommend anyone to play here you won't be disappointed
Pleasant round
First time I've played and enjoyed a great round which always helps. Found the course well kept and comfortable to play, perhaps not the hardest. Would play again.
A tough challenge but will be back
Don't be fooled by thinking this is a short and easy course. Most tee shots had me gritting my teeth as there isn't much room for error. Played the course twice and its got the better of me both times but I'll definitely have another go next year.

Hi, This is very unfortunate that you have posted this. It is so incorrect and you know this.
You were told you and your children are more than welcome to join our club BUT you cannot leave a 5 & 11 year old at the course on their own, we take Safeguarding very seriously here and ALL children must be accompanied by an adult.
To place the race card too, is shocking, that was never even mentioned, nor would it be. For the record we have staff & members who are people of colour plus we have to be one of the most social and welcoming of clubs around.
I invite to to remove this false review and I invite you to come and see me personally.
