Club House

The course overall was well maintained the staff as ever friendly and helpful. My only criticism would be the club house exterior was run down and the plants all dead disappointing as it wouldn't cost much to brighten the place up a bit..

Hairy bad not hairy good

The design and layout of this public course remain the highlights as always however the greens were slow due to sanding and not being cut and the rough, after the club championship last weekend is still thick and punishing with balls disappearing once they stop rolling! If you're a straight hitter, it's not a problem (what golf course is if you're a straight, right?) but for the mortals, you're more than likely to lose a ball or two that isn't necessary given it's now looking like a maintenance matter rather than "the-committee-hate-you" matter.

Great value and friendly staff

Great value course, some nicely laid and presented holes and greens were in good condition. A couple of holes didn’t have much to it (one of the par 3s was quite dull) and some of the fairways could have done with a trim, but overall you can’t beat this course for value. Staff were super friendly and pace of play was very good too. Will definitely come back again!

Lovely course in really nice condition. Greens were holding and nicely manicured. No hold ups and even got out a little earlier than booked... just a shame the 19th hole wasn't open!

Course in good condition generally but some rough patches such as on the first green and overhanging trees that need sorting. Greens were in good condition and work to improve the conditions is clearly ongoing.
