Very nice course, could have done with bit more maintennace , lovely landscape.

Course in great condition, but we had to leave after 3hours 20mins and having only completed 12 holes due to painfully slow pace. Group in front were oblivious to the massive traffic jam they created. And we weren’t the only people to walk off.

Recommend the course but only off peak times.

The course is kept well and you can see that regular maintenance is being done. The greens are fine.. fairway are also well maintained. It lacks the club facilities and some of the fairway are too narrow and overlaps on one another.

The course does not have a good drainage system and hence it becomes muddy and full of puddles during rains.

Fantastic course for the money. Some very challenging holes and great views.

As the title suggests but maybe I can put this down to all the wet weather we had leading up to the day of our round.

Rough grass and fairways were a bit too long and lost a few balls in the rough. However I will give the course the benefit of the weather and will try again later during drier conditions.

Overalls lovely course layout and fairly challenging for us novices.

Long overdue a visit to this course and it did not disappoint! As a beginner, some holes were challenging, but always fun (and very well maintained). I’d been advised that the front 9 would be tougher than the back and this certainly rang true!

As a solo player, a number of groups invited me to play through, so the pace of play was very consistent. The staff were friendly and even stopped to ask me how my round was.

Would definitely recommend - there’s plenty to keep both novice and seasoned golfers entertained.

This is a lovely picturesque local public golf course which offers a challenge for the average golfer

It was quite wet underfoot in places due to rain the previous few days, but still quite playable

Greens are well maintained

Thoroughly enjoyed playing here , and even managed to play some of my best golf here today

Greens are very poor.

Bunkers need more sand.

Tees of ares on some holes poor - uneven surface.

Played Haste Hill yesterday, greens magnificently improved since playing 4 weeks ago.

Challenging enough course, generous fairways in the main great course presentation.

Very very enjoyable visit- will be back in a week or two.
