I will be back, STUNNING!
Amazing golf course, one of the best courses I’ve played on and I’ve been about a bit, I was buzzing from first tee to last shot, even if I did miss the 10ft eagle putt on the last!!
Friendly staff great challenging course and well looked after. Will be returning soon..
Interesting Course
Multi level greens for most holes so putting is well tested, fairways narrow in places so good accuracy of the tee is needed. Good course to play overall and one that requires you to think about ball placement for a number of shots.
Worth a visit
Had a 11.32 tee time, arrived in plenty of time checked in to pro shop was met with friendly staff plus also including bar staff as well.
We to 1st tee at our tee time saw a four ball in front of us but they were approaching green, unfortunately for us we had caught them up by the 2nd tee, we had to wait until 10th hole before we’re called through only because four ball had decided to stop for a drink at the halfway house, on every hole from 2nd to the 10th we could have been called through at any stage but we were not, this was disappointing as I would have thought that golfing etiquette should have been executed in this instance.
Apart from this our golfing experience was one of great satisfaction as my guest was his first time playing at this course and he was impressed with course and a credit should conveyed to green keeping staff.
This course is good value for money and well work a visit.
Nice track, wrong time of year
Knebworth GC test your ability’s to navigate this beautiful course. Unfortunately it was the wrong time of year due to the amount of rain we’ve had recently
Beautiful course
A stunning course that is challenging enough to stay interesting. Tree lined fairways with a good mix of par 3,4 & 5 holes. Good facilities with a high end feel and a warm welcome. The only slight downside is the proximity to the A1 and the Trainline so there’s always that background noise. Will definitely return.
well worth a visit
good design, in good nick, great greens. Nothing not to like. Will return.
Great Course / Very Friendly
This was a very good course which was challanging and rewarding. The course was in very good condition and facilities were good.
Lush
Really enjoyed playing there. Excellent value for money as greens were superb, fairways green & lush & weather conditions ideal. Disappointed that the kitchen closed at 3pm as was very pleasant sitting outside the clubhouse & there was a really good vibe. Really pleased to have played there & keen to go back
Great value for money
Booked a last minute deal having never played before. Welcome at pro shop was very friendly, staff in clubhouse all delightful and all members encountered all really friendly (even after accidentally driving through the group ahead on a blind hole!). Course has many undulating/elevated tees and fairways and is a really good parkland-style test of golf (ie don’t go in or near the trees!). It pays to be on the right side of a fairway for your approach on many holes, which only really comes with experience of playing the course. Greens were excellent and conditioning generally was really good with the exception of a handful of fairways which seem to have suffered from the recent heatwave and are a bit patchy in places. All in all a highly recommended, friendly, great value for money game of golf and a club which felt like it would be a fun place to be a member.
Great trees!
Nicely laid out course, beautiful greens and a fantastic selection of wonderful trees
