Course was in excellent condition when you take into consideration the amount of rain we have just suffered. Greens a little slow but best I have played on this year.. paid £16 to play the course which is by anybodies standard's excellent value fir money. Have played this course many times over the years and it never disappoints. Staff very friendly and the young lady behind the bar was very helpful even bringing us out a table onto the balcony .. May I also add that being able to use the clubhouse facilities was a welcome feeling after lockdown rules were eased the day before. All in all an enjoyable day even if my golf wasent upto scratch. Well nowhere near scratch.

Nicely kept , greens the best around -:quick and true . Staff lovely , Andy in the pro shop could not have been more helpful.
Hole 7.is one of the prettiest you could ever find .
Needs work on the course
Covid as had effect on this course it seems to me not alot of work has happened during covid the fairways were scrappy and bald in alot of areas
Won't take long to sort out
£30/ round way to much but taking advantage of the covid situation supply and demand

For the time of year course was in relative good condition great to play without mats and all on greens

Played this course a few times and have enjoyed it every time.
Slow starter
Always wanted to play this course as I’d heard good things. The first 5 holes however were very straightforward up and down as you find on many cheaper courses. From hole 6 onwards though it was a different course. Really varied, lots of elevation changes, well positioned hazards. The 15th has to be one of the most daunting holes I have ever played. It all made for a great round and was a fair test for our mixed ability 2 ball.
Nice course after hole 5. Very slow play.
The first 5 holes are up and back, up and back. After the 5th, the course opens up nicely and has some real highlights. It was in good condition despite heavy rain the night before. BUT, the pace of play was crazy slow, with a queue of fourballs who were unrushed. I’d like to play there again, but there are better and cheaper options that don’t take 5 hours.
