good round of golf
Tight fairways which can be challenging, enjoyable and we had good weather
Like a rock
The ground was like hitting off concrete. You couldn’t even put a T down in the T-box, not a bad thing but the fairways were extremely tight and the bad part was all round you here “FORE” from every single hole.
Nice course
Nice course with good directions for first time players at the venue. Bunkers could do with some sand. Very pretty course.

Nice course for beginners and average golfers
The course os quite forgiving with many holes in parallel to each other, this makes a lot of holes very similar, not great if you prefer a variety of different types of holes but was perfect for me and my son a junior.
Bunkers lacking a bit of sand and some greens a little patchy in places but overall we really enjoyed the course despite the weather!
Excellent value for money
Play was a tad slow but we had 2 4 balls in front and we were only 2 . We switched to back nine for last 3 holes as that was empty . Only played nine but that was what we were aiming to play anyway . Didn’t harm the round because of the fact we switched to 16/17 /18 .
Throughly enjoyed it .
The Friendliest Golf Course in the south of the UK
I have played this course probably 50 times and it is the friendliest atmosphere you could ask for when visiting a golf course.
The owner of this course brings joy the moment you arrive and is a very generous person.
Never had an issue with anyones attitude or players attitudes out on the course, everyone is out to just enjoy the sun and have a chilled game of golf.
The course is perfect for all handicaps as it offers various different challenges.
Highly highly recommend.
Ive played here a fair few times the course is ok given the cost but as a lone golfer was held up on every hole and wasn’t once allowed to play through long waits on tee boxes completely ruined momentum and my whole round
Really nice course but rude staff
Good value for money- but rude staff eps when I asked to use the driving range - was told it’s only for collage students, even tho it was completely empty.
Tired
I don’t know if there has been a recent problem with the ownership or staffing but the course looked appears to have been let go for a while.

Great course
Really like this course, staff are friendly, other golfers are happy to let you play through, great day. Great for beginners.
Disappointed with Course
Given we had unusually good weather in early May I was really disappointed with the condition of the course.
The fairways were very dry which wasn’t ideal but more concerning were the poor condition of the greens given the time of the year.
The course isn’t the most testing but good greens would have at least made it interesting.
No rush to return I’m afraid,
Generally course in fair condition greens very slow and tee boxes very cut up but enjoyed my round although busy and quite slow

Fairways and tees where in good condition but unfortunately the greens are pretty poor very sandy and little grass on 50% a little more investment needed to bring the course up to better standard
