Great day, very good value for the money

Plenty of challenging holes for all abilities of golfer

Cant wait to play this course when the dryer weather is here. Hopefully soon

First time around this great premier course, it was in great condition considering the very dry summer we are having, course is a great test of golf, very hilly with lots of sloping fairways that require accurate tee shots, fantastic scenery of surrounding countryside just like it’s sister course the (championship). I’ll definitely be back to play it again!

Course was in very good condition fairways cut nice and short and well shaped rough was a bit to short really no penalty for being off the fairway, greens were fast and true , the course was so quite a joy to play

Unfortunately played at the premier course on a sodden wet day. The course was still relatively dry with only a few wet places and puddles. This can not be helped I know. The design is challenging without being ridiculous, I am an average player at best ... the fairways and greens are well maintained and the rough is not too long. Overall a thoroughly good day. Word of advice. The course is very up and down so make sure you have eaten before hand

As I found to my diss advantage as I was floundering towards the end and the walk was difficult.

This is the second time I've played the course and I found it harder than the first. For the older golfer ( me) a buggy would be very useful. Every hole has its own interest and challenges. Trying to pick the right club on the 15th to a green well down below. Playing over the pond on to the 17th are just 2. We played off winter tees and it would be a completely different challenge from the proper tees. We came off the course at 16.45 and the kitchen was shut so we couldn't get any food which was disappointing. It's a good course with friendly staff and I can recommend it.

The front 6 holes fantastic then I struggled with my knee. Suggest a buggy next time for me due to the hilly terrain.

The course was in nint condition slightly sticky on tbe 16th considering the weather's been terrible recently. The ckurse is in tip top condition.

The 15th hole is stunning.

I am back on Friday with a buugy.

I have played 2 corses that have been simply stunning and this is my favourite of them just simply loved it some of the most stunning holes I have played all in one place. The course appears quite long when I looked a the distance but it didn’t feel that long. I could play here every day and never get disappointed just wish it was closer and membership would be mine. A must play to appreciate how good this is, stunning holes placed in beautiful surroundings the best of all worlds

Brilliant course playing in fantastic condition.

Greens playing fast ant true (better than the championship course greens at the moment).

Good place of play.

Plenty of practice facilities.

Good value for money at the right time.

After a lot of rain the day before and over night, and raining on arrival around 9.30am the course was perfect, no standing water (Only on the paths) not even wet underfoot, the greens are true and fast, even after all the rain, the fairways and rough cut to a perfect lenght and the course it well look after

The course is quite hilly in parts, so anybody who struggles to walk or is of the older generation might find buggy hire a good option,

We had the course to ourselfs pretty much a two ball bout 4 holes in front and 3 ladies on the 1st tee as we was on the 9th green.

Considering a membership here was so impressed by it

Course in superb conditions with greens particularly good.

Downside was slow play of 2 groups of 4 ahead of our 2 ball.

Quite simply one of the best courses I have ever played. Friendly staff and friendly members added to great facilities make for a very special golf experience. 10/10

Brilliant round at The premier Course.

Even though there have been heavy rains for a couple of weeks the course was hardly affected, just the odd soft area. Well maintained beautiful setting with an impressive layout. Very good designer! Great variety and wait till you reach the 15th, wow. This has to be amongst the best in Cheshire if not the country. Worth the effort to visit.

well worth a visit, great golf course.

If you drive the ball well around the Championship course, you'll be in good shape to attack. A few reachable par 5's offer good scoring opportunities. The course was in good condition and the rental clubs on offer were top of the line and we were well looked after in the pro shop and hotel.
