Great Course & Setting
Always a pleasure playing at Malton & Norton.
The course is in great condition, obviously a lot of hard work put in by the green staff.
Staff always friendly and polite.
Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully play a bit better.

Played the last 9, “The Derwent” and really enjoyed the course. Tricky layout that can be a bit confusing but it’s signposted enough to not get lost. Good fun!
First time playing the Derwent 9
Played the derwent 9 course at Malton on Tuesday evening. Some really interesting holes and overall a really enjoyable round
Just OK for me, some holes have a very strange layout.
The condition of the greens on the Derwent let this 9 hole course down as well as some strange layouts
on certain holes.
Not a patch on the main 18 hole course The Welham..
Great layout
Great course, can’t wait to return to play the full 18
2nd round...still great
Played the final holes of Derwent prior to playing the front 9 and both are in really good condition. Some tricky water holes to avoid on the Derwent which makes it even more fun. Lots of blue dragon flies too

Derwent course
Great game of golf, nice course, greens reasonably paced, recommend this course to anyone.
Lovely golf course
I would recommend this course to anyone who is in this area of Yorkshire ..the staff in the pro shop were great , the course we played started on the 19 th hole which was very unusual but the course from start to finish was in great condition, the course isn't that long but the greens are perfect and have quite a lot of subtle borrows which make them tricky to read and putt on, so again I would highly recommend this course too everyone...
This is a proper golf course
We had not played this course before and the day could not have been better , bright and sunny , played mid week so not too busy. Welcomed in the pro shop and the course layout explained clearly . We played the Derwent course and it had all the features to make you want to return and play it again. I have been telling all my golfing friends to get themselves down to the Malton & Norton club . Great days golf and a welcome beer at the end !
