Eagle hole 16
I had a wonderful round of golf. Managed to break 100 and hit an eagle on hole 16 par 4. Hit my drive 200ish and then 9 iron from 146 yards hole in for eagle. Will never forget this hole now.
Challenging and interesting course
Greens were in very good condition. Fairways were dry because of the recent warm weather but not a problem.
The signage between holes was a bit of a problem especially for newcomers to the course like us.
Some of the holes were quite challenging and a course layout/ map would be very useful.
Great course
The greens were in great condition, probably the best it's ever been, the gree keepers ha e done a great job
Great course. Good value
Very nice course. Good putting green, warm up nets and chipping greens.
Not too busy. Great condition.
Greens amazing.
Friendly welcome
Nice course. Great value
I’ve played here a few times. Always a great reception at pro shop. Lovely course. Not too hard but very open and playable. Some difficult holes with water in the way.
Never had any problems with pace of play.
Good course to play
Well kept greens and fairways, enjoyed the course, only negative was the slow play in front of us and the players behind us trying to push even though we had to wait ourselves.
Empty Course
Played Sunday 21st April, got round in 4 hours, no queuing after the 3rd hole, course in ok condition and value @£22 per player.
Wintergolf review.
This golf course is in pretty good nick for the time of year. Fairways and greens playing well and rough not too concerning so generally easy to find Yr ball.
Reasonably well priced also .
Very good conditions a nice clubhouse and a nice practice Green just outside
Good value
Course was in generally good condition, greens were a little firm but ran true. Most tees were good. Only dislike was the rough was left very long and there was often no first cut just fairway then foot long grass, fortunately as it's dry if you can find your ball you can get a club on it. Staff helpful and friendly.
Nice course but very slow
Overall the course was well kept. Good variety of holes. Unfortunately at times there were 5 different groups on 1 hole. Waiting for the group Ahead to play your every shot. Took over 3 hours to get through 8 holes and just over 6 to get through 18 without a break.
