Overall a good course with some interesting holes, particularly the first and last holes. The greens were far too wet though and made putting difficult, disappointing as the course we played and day before the greens were pretty good. No air compressor for cleaning shoes and trolley was annoying as the car was filthy when we got back. Would play the course again though as the value for money was good.
Billiard table greens
Best value for money course in Sussex by far , once you have got over the walk to the first green which is not the easiest to hit for a par three, the rest of the course is fairly easy to walk around , the greens and fairways are in good condition, the staff have worked hard to maintain this course which is playable all year round , bar is pleasant and very reasonably priced beer
Great 9 hole downland course, I’d recommend a trolley or buggy for a full 18 though
Great 9 hole downland course, I’d recommend a trolley or buggy for a full 18 though
Never disappoints
When you get over the hill on the approach to the 1st green , the rest of the course is a breeze , in places it’s challenging but playable all year round
Great course for a quick 18 holes
Great value for money course, went for a quick round of 18 holes and was happily surprised by the course. Friendly staff, good course conditions and quick play. The course layout could be explained a bit better or indicated with markers and signs for first time players but it all makes sense after the first round.
Peace haven golf course
This is the best value for money course in the south east , even better in the summer months with a buggy , greens are in great condition for time of year (November) once you have overcome the steep hill on the 1st hole it’s all quite easy to walk around will definitely be back
Too hilly
Greens in very good condition. However, very confusing where to tee off from.
Too many hills for my liking and as I said before not straight forward where you are going. Very unlikely that I will be playing there again.
Nice and cheap
Decent course. Fairly simple 9 hole circled twice. Some holes can be confusing as they cross over each other. I ended up aiming for the wrong hole a couple of times which can be frustrating.
Good fun and tricky
Fun course. Not long but a number of tricky holes - par 3 1st and 9th especially.
I’d play it again.
