The New at White Bluff Golf Club
About
The New Course at White Bluff tips out at 6,964 yards and features water on 16 of 18 holes. Plan your shots accordingly on this tricky track, as there are numerous blind water hazards that you will not know existed unless you’ve played the course before.
This course isn’t as scenic as the Old Course, with no views of the lake, but offers one picturesque par 4 that plays almost 400 yards with pond framed by a large rock bluff. Watch the finger of water that cuts in front of the green on the approach.
Getting there : From I-35 going N, get off at Exit 368A, drive W for about 17 miles to the City of Whitney, head N on FM (Farm to Market) 933 for 7 miles to the course.

4 hours 45 minutes for 2 players to play18 holes of golf on a course that was not crowded.
One of my favorites but this was ridiculous. Course was in good shape and staff was friendly but no marshals to assist in pace of play.
I would hope locals would be more courteous to allow faster players through, but not today.
Greens
The greens are coming in after the harsh weather we had in February. Overall very nice course , but a tough course
White Bluff - New Course
Very difficult layout. Would have liked much better if I was 15 years younger (or my sons didn't talk me into playing the back tees). Great shape for "pre" spring golf. Will return with a better understanding of course. Have played the "old" course, and would probably prefer it.
First Round After Snow Storm in Texas
Great weather, friendly staff. Course was in great shape considering the snow storm we just went through. Greens were quick, smooth and rolled true.
Look forward to playing again soon.
Rather disappointed
Was not a fan of this course. I play all over the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex and this (for the second time) was by far my least favorite course to play this season.
Great Course/Carts TERRIBLE
Course was absolutely fantastic. Staff (most) were very friendly. Course is extremely challenging and greens were quick. Maintenance team gets an A++. My only issue, and staff mentioned it up front, is the cart batteries are complete toast. Had to call and swap out 4 times. This causes a delay, additional backup and need to swap everything over numerous times. Time to replace all batteries...I know this is a tremendous expense but knocks down an otherwise superb golf course.
Worth the Drive
This course is definitely worth the drive from Fort Worth. Course conditions were great and challenging. Water on 16 of the 18 holes make you think about your next shot. Will definitely be playing again. Only complaint was there was no grille food on a Sunday afternoon??? All they offered us was a bag of chips. Other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Course in great shape. Very friendly staff. Started out with no one in front of us. After reaching #10. 2 gentlemen had jumped in front of us. Three of us had to wait on every shot for these two. Only complaint I have.
Great course
Great course. Great condition. Pace of play could have been better. Took forever to play the back nine. Caught a group of 12 playing a scramble. Would not let anyone play through. Back nine took 3 hours.
