The New at White Bluff Golf Club
About
The New Course at White Bluff tips out at 6,964 yards and features water on 16 of 18 holes. Plan your shots accordingly on this tricky track, as there are numerous blind water hazards that you will not know existed unless you’ve played the course before.
This course isn’t as scenic as the Old Course, with no views of the lake, but offers one picturesque par 4 that plays almost 400 yards with pond framed by a large rock bluff. Watch the finger of water that cuts in front of the green on the approach.
Getting there : From I-35 going N, get off at Exit 368A, drive W for about 17 miles to the City of Whitney, head N on FM (Farm to Market) 933 for 7 miles to the course.

Tight
Fairly tight course but was still fun! Study the card for the best place to land - it will make a difference...
New Course
We started are day off with very friendly and helpful staff at the pro shop. Course is in excellent condition and a challenging layout. I highly recommend trying this course out.
Great course
This course always delivers. Always in great shape and the greens roll phenomenally. Course is fair but will unusual you for errant shots. Greens did need some rain and fortunately we just got some as of 6/19.
Exceptional value for the money.
no demin
been nice to know no demin policy before driving 160 miles round trip.
they were nice to loan us wind pants, which would have been fine if I was 6'6" with a 40 inch waist, no 5'8" with a 33"
course was in good shape for late Feb. greens fast 10/11
Great Course
We really enjoy playing this course. We have played a few times over the past few months and the staff is very friendly and the course (although I am no expert) seems to be in great shape. We will be back to play again soon and look forward to trying out the (re-done) old course soon as well.
Hidden gem
Course was very challenging to say the least. It’s lay out made for some fun shots and the conditions were excellent!
Texas Golf at its best
Both new and old courses are fantastic. The new ownership has revived this gem. It’s a must play. The new course has some tight holes and demands a straight ball off the tee for the first 4 holes. The old course will require the same accuracy at start but will open up some in the following holes. Both courses wind their way thru typical hill country with beautiful scenery and abundant deer and wildlife. The greens and bunkers are superbly maintained. This tract won’t disappoint.
Old course
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. The course has wide fairways and excellent greens. And the picturesque terrain is plus for me .I will play the old course again.
Hidden Gem? Revived Beauty?
Found this course on IdealGolder deal. Had to drive 1:30 but so worth it. We were told after being closed for 2 yrs the home owners got together and revised the course. Course and facilities are in great shape. Challenging course and great greens. Just a nice looking track all the way around. Staff was super friendly. Cafe was good too.
Loved It!
Course was in great shape and really challenging. Loved it. I’m excited to try the Old Course.
Great Track!
Great track in great shape. Fun challenging course. Better than expected in great shape
Great Course
Played the new course. Greens, fairways and bunkers were all manicured and in great shape. Course has really turned out nice and excited to see what the Old course looks like when complete. Would definitely recommend as an alternative for Waco golfers.
