Dry and fast
Great reception from the off from the pro shop even picked up a bargain while there . The putting green is true to the course . Whilst on the first tee met reg the oldest member at the course 94 year old and still swinging a club .
Considering the weather lately the greens were in great condition the tees mmmm could have done with a hammer to get the tee in a few times but that's mother nature for you .
Overall I would recommend this course to anyone it's great for players of all abilities

We really enjoyed playing here. It's a moorland course with great views. Greens very good.
The pro shop gave us a course map but we did struggle to find our way around a few times.
Definitely worth a go
Lovely course in great condition even in winter. Also links like.
Got held up by a four ball that wouldn't let me play through but that's nothing to do with the course management
Don't be confused by the double green on one of the holes and get a printed map
Moorland Gem
We played here on a bitterly cold lunchtime, just as the greenkeepers took the temp greens away, and reverted back to main greens. The course played superbly well, especially after such rain from the previous month. I've played there 5 times now, and would recommend this venue to anybody who enjoys their moorland golf. Very nice food and a friendly clubhouse too.
