Tehidy Golf

Great course with lots of trees to catch you out . Pro was helpful but didn’t go out of his way to explain anything that was beneficial like where the toilets were on the course or layout We had big problems as our trolleys GPS did not pick up any holes after number 3 . Asked a Greenkeeper on site and said a few had been moved around . Greens very true although a few holes were ragged . Pace very good .Car park not the biggest but they had an over flow park that we squeezed in . Did not visit the bar as wanted to get going but well worth a visit. We paid £35 each as a two ball

Save your money

Very poor overall, first cut is shockingly long. I don't see how the use of fairway matts in the winter has helped. Iv played other local courses that doesn't use them during the winter and those courses are in far better shape.

Save your money very over priced !!!

Great condition

Lovely course, although i wouldnt pay £70, if id not got it on Golf Now i wouldnt have played it. I thought the stroke index could do with looking at, I thought some of the easier SI were quite hard but that is just my opinion and I'm not a member of the course so members might not agree with me.

Poor layout poorly presented

First off the greens were very good.

BUT everyone was losing balls in the first cut. The fairways were covered in daisies and it was easy to loose balls as the lady members testified.

However the main problem is the danger. The front 9 has shared tees and closely adjacent fairways. Very, very dangerous. Even the putting green in front of the clubhouse is driven over from the first tee. Any sort of mishit could endanger someone. The back 9 is just parallel up and and back. A truly long hard slog

It has been a wet spring and I have sympathy with green keepers. But this was beyond the pale. Very poor value for money and those considering playing TPGC should instead play a links course

You have been warned!!
