Good round on the hottest of days so the shade welcome. Course and greens in lovely condition - fast people friendly and with the Golf Pass reduction no better way to spend a Tuesday afternoon.
Played the course in great weather, course in great condition, although a little short, greens especially tricky with the contours but excellent condition. I found the club members I met to be very welcoming and fun. I would join this course if I were local.
Standard Parkland course
Average parkland course with a couple of interesting holes. Very interesting parking situation where by members park for free, however visitors are required to park in a pay and display section of the same car park.
Pay a lot less to play courses such as this in the northwest, must be that southwest premium I’ve heard about. Would play again here though.
Great day thanks Truro
Fantastic day at Truro Golf club. The course was in great condition, the greens in particular were superb and very challenging. Staff and members very friendly and welcoming. Playing Truro is a must if you have the opportunity.
Top class from start to finish, helpful assistance in the pro shop through to great course condition and amazing greens (all 18) one of the best golfing experiencies I've had in a long time, will def. be back soon
Great course, well worth a visit
Played Truro for the first time yesterday. Well presented, interesting and challenging course in good condition. Staff and members friendly and welcoming, will definitely go back to play again. Best regards
Nice course good value
After a very wet morning the course played very well. Tee boxes good condition, fairways and greens excellent. Well worth the fee, much cheaper than all alternatives in the area.
First Time at Truro
Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Course was in very good condition for the time of year. We had a Sunday afternoon tee time and the course quiet and pace of play was excellent.
Nice parkland course
A very pleasant surprise some really nice hole surrounded by mature trees and quite sheltered on a windy day
Very good course , set out nicely and we’ll kept.
Not too hilly so easy for the older ones to get around
First time on Truro GC and in very trying conditions with a strong wind blowing we really enjoyed this testing golf course. Obviously putting was a problem due to winter green work but all golf clubs are at this stage and the ground staff had produced the best possible surface they could. A little disappointed with the pace of play on the latter half but as a visitor you can't have everything.
You better be boss of the moss
This course is fantastically manicured in terms of tees, greens & fairways but you better bring your putting A game because they were all like glass, the course on the whole was very good but it’s one of those that you need to play a second time to know some of the blind hole shots needed to feed into the green, a great deal of short of the green links type shots also needed because holding the green with full shots was near on impossible.
Some great looking holes dotted around the course if that’s something that you appreciate whilst playing.
Very Nice Golf Courss
Really glad we managed to get a tee time, considering it's open week this week. The course is in great condition with fast but true greens. The fairways are in lovely condition d the bunkers well raked.
The staff are all very friendly and very reasonable prices. Overall, can't wait to come back & play again.
