I booked a 2.30 tee slot and arrived at the first tee at 2.25 only to find a chap ready to tee off, he said I could go before him which I did but he advised he also booked a 2.30 tee off.

Great course for all standards run off area are forgiving and it’s most often possible to get back into play. New robotic mowers keep fairways tidy. Large greens on all holes reward good iron play , main drawback is the condition of the bunkers sand often compacted and unraked.

Very well kept good greens and fairways. Bit tight some tees so not for high handicap players unless you bring extra balls 😃. Overall a nice course and good challenge

Fantastic course for the price. Always well maintained, and a great mix of holes with a good level of difficulty.

Course was generally in reasonably ok condition. Greens ok, rough long in places, fairways ok. Only complaint was the bunkers were rock hard and standard bunker shots were not possible as trying to play through and under the ball, taking an amount of sand with the shot was impossible. Management needs to recharge the bunkers with softer playable sand asap.

this golf course is absolutely amazing in this time of the year for 10 pounds twiglight price. Greens are in excellent condition. Thank you

Course as a whole very good but the greens need rolling more and a proper cut. As we only paid £11/each for 18 holes on Golf Now , I shouldn't complain.

Course layout was actually nice but maintained poorly no staff out on the course whatsoever or green keepers the greens weren’t good 6/18 were good the rest were very poorly kept if they had good greens it would a great course, some fairways where badly cut and not enough signs to know where to go

Very disappointed with the condition of the course today. Greens were very slow poorly cut and bobbly, fairways were okay some longer then others, tee boxes overall were poor, bunkers unplayable. I played this course in the summer and was in better shape however I do not feel the £27.50 is worth how the course was playing. Disappointed hopefully more time and effort will be put into the course in the next coming months towards summer. Has potential to be a lovely course.

Paid £9 for a round at this course and it did not disappoint.

Great par 3’s . Great condition course for the time of year. No one before or after me. Overall great course and would play again.

Played in an event organised in aid of Royal British Legion. Was a great day, well organised, course played great and in good condition for the area and time of year. Food in the clubhouse was good with a well cooked carvery. The clubs members made us feel really welcome.

All in a really enjoyable experience and would definitely play again.

Greens were in poor shape in my opinion dry summer has taken its toll on this course . It played very hard with most holes cut on a slope played here 3 times now but this was the least enjoyable round .Will come back again after some significant rain to let the course recover.

Nice course good condition but over 5 hours for 2 of us, gave up after 16 holes as fed up of speed ahead.

Even when we teed off we had to wait as 4 groups waiting, finish a hole and then wait another 15 mins to tee off with two groups being watching also

Bit of a local gem, back 9 is tight but really well kept for the price.
