The First Tee of North Florida - Brentwood Golf Course

For a close to home course, the property is in great shape. The pace of play was extremely slow. It seemed like the tee off times were not staggered appropriately. This is the first time I had seen this here. Other times I played pace was fine.

Played 9 holes, took quick food break. When went back out 15 minutes later, found had a 1st Tee tournament going on, so we had to stop!

Shop attendant said Golf-Now does not really allow getting "rain check" for this type of thing.

So, basically paid for 18 holes, but only played 9.

Note that when checked in, nobody said anything about the tournament happening.

Fantastic place to get out there for a no pressure, fun round.

Great course and perfect price. Greens are perfect. Fairways above average, and not too difficult.

Admittedly I am not remotely a great golfer, but from where I come from this is a nice course, good practice facilities, friendly staff and great value in my opinion

Played Golf on New Year's Eve. Nice day. Greens were good. A lot of people playing so felt rushed by other behind us. Not the fault of the course though. Will definitely will be back.

Good course low price, staff was sort of rude, but who cares? The course is in good shape.

Great course for beginners as well as " experience golfers " . The Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Jacksonville should be proud to have this course. Playable nine-hole course with creative layout. Greens in decent shape after a tough summer.

This course has nine holes mostly par 4s. There is one par 5 hole that gives everyone alot of problems. The course is challenging enough for most golfers. It is maintained well but they struggle with the greens at times. Some greens are great while others need work. The walking rates make this course a really great deal. it only costs $11-$12 to walk as much as you can handle. It's definately the best 9 hole course in the city.

The golf course is great for a beginner or someone who want to practice. Awesome driving range.

course is in good condition...greens a little slow when i played..

Great overall experience. Beautiful peaceful track. Walked with cart finished in 1:30. Over seeded greens were a little furry so putting was a challenge. Excellent practice facility.

Pretty cool nine hole. The course is short but has some challenge. I loved the lay out. I played through for 18 holes and it went pretty fast. I will be going back.

I really like this course. It's a well maintained 9 hole course. I usually play 9 from the Golds and 9 from the Blues to get the 18 hole feel.

We enjoyed our day at Brentwood and appreciated the wonderful condition of the course. We plan to return and try our luck again.

Nit a big fan of 9 hole tracks, but this certainly wasn't an unpleasant experience. Greens in very good shape for a public course

I have played the course many times and it is one of my favorites.

Enjoyed course especially the greens. The overall course was challenging and yet good play for a high handy capper!
