Great Layout
This is a great design and very fair from every tee box. The conditions were surprisingly good for a brand new course. A few thin spots on the back 9 but overall a great golfing experience.
Espla-NOT
Quite simply, this course is really not ready for play. Decided to give it a shot based on solid reviews, and I just enjoy trying new courses. Unless you get a great deal on GolfNow, I can NOT recommend this course (certainly not for the $35 they are charging- this time of year you can do MUCH better).
I understood going in that they are still under construction, with limited or no facilities. I was fine with that- I don't need a lot of "amenities." The pro shop is a tent, bathrooms in a trailer. I get it. But the reviews made it sound like the course itself is in great shape. It's not.
First of all, because of all the construction/development, it's like playing on the surface of the moon. Just wide open, with barren, scarred Earth everywhere you look. Not sure why they didn't leave more trees... the ones they've planted are few and far between. If it's breezy (and it will be, because it's so wide open), you can enjoy the dust blowing across from all the construction. And, of course, the noise.
The front nine was in pretty good shape. Just not a lot of character to the course. Pretty standard, run of the mill, country club fare. Open fairways, open greens... not much water in play (and yes, it is still copper-colored from construction). Sand traps are super fluffy- I guess people like that.
The starter/staff mentioned that some holes on the back nine were "a little thin..." as they were top-seeded with Rye that hasn't taken hold yet? All I know is "a little thin" is "a little" generous. Hit your tee shot in the fairway, watch the dust cloud kick up. We played "winter rules" ... try to find a decent patch of grass from which to hit your next shot. The character of the back nine is defined by almost ridiculously undulating greens...which must be where they decided to create challenge, since there are no carries from the tee or on the approach. They roll nice but aren't very fast, because they would probably be almost unplayable. They were, however, very firm (and also recently dressed/topped with sand).
When everything grows in, I'm sure this will be a lovely, very playable country club course. And undoubtedly private. But as it is right now, it's not worth it just to try out this new track.
NEW NEW NEW!!!!
This course is brand Spankin NEW!!!. The greens aren't mature yet but show signs of being difficult. They are somewhat fast and true rolling . Overall the look of this course is wide open, but there are some forced carries and some water hazards to deal with. Don't miss LONg on the par threes or you will pay dearly. The landscaping is newly planted and plentiful, in a few years this course will be a jewel among jewels for the Naples area. With a deal from GolfNow this place cannot be beat, even with the construction equip all around. Enjoy it NOW before it goes private,
Play before it goes private
The course is located between the construction site of a whole new resort. No houses so far, construction site all around. That didn't bother us. "Clubhouse" in a tent, but really nice staff. Course in good condition. Water hazards brown instead bluw du to constructions, but we don't care the color of water which takes our balls. Challenging course, plays long on some holes because the wind is in play here bigtime. Course is worth a drive and a steal for 85$. Staff told us it will be closed for public when the first houses will be completed. So go and enjoy this place as long as possible.
Keep in mind, that it is a course on a new development
If you leave the construction work on this new course out of consideration it is fair and the greens are very good.
forward tees bring traps into play. suggest you play one tee further back
brand new and in excellent condition. been coming to naples for over 20 years and this was truly a gem.
Fair and challenging!
Really nice course. Great condition. Staff was very attentive. Overall, we had a good experience.
Very nice - New course
This is nice place, holes are a challenge but not overly difficult. Good balance of risk / reward. Undulating greens but very readable. Played the Black teas to get the full feel and distance challenges of the 6900 yard course. Nice scenery give the newness and ongoing construction. Once the club house and other amenities are complete, this will be one of my favorites.
Great new course in Naples, Fl.
As this was my first time at the course I was very surprised as how well the course is laid out and how nice each hole plays. I look forward to seeing how the whole community will progress as I will certaintly play here again. I like that the greens really require some thinking with all the undulations. I believe Naples has another great course which will only get better with time. Highly recommend anyone to try it out.
Great course
Looking forward to the new clubhouse being built. This will be absolutely beautiful in a few years.
Brand new and fun
Really a great course in a new development.
Female friendly yardage. I was challenged from tee to green. I was able to birdie 18 and finish with a career 89. I recommend this course and look forward to playing it again!
EXCELLENCE
I HAVE LIVED HERE ABOUT 24 YEARS AND THIS NEW COURSE IS EASILY IN THE TOP 5 I HAVE PLAYED= GREAT CONDITION - I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT IT WAS ONE EXCELLENT GOLF EXPERIENCE.

New Course
Just opened with lots of construction going on around you. Mostly on the back 9. The course itself is complete and very mature for such a new place. Don't trust your GPS getting there due to the place being new, however its easy to find right on Immokalee Road. Also Garmin is not set up yet, they say Sky Caddie does work.
Great Track
Fun, challenging. Will be even better after the course grows in some more. Excellent value for the money.
Great course
Overall this a great course
It's brand new and in great
Shape There a couple of fairways on
the back nine near the greens in a little rough shape but the summer rains should fix this One of the best courses to play in the Naples area
Worthy!
Layout in good condition considering it just opened. Big golf course with long drives between some holes. Nice layout with fairly undulating greens that are a little slow. Just enough water to keep it interesting. Very playable course. Would recommend it to all.
Course had nice design and in great condition.
Great round of golf. Course in fantastic shape, especially considering it is brand new and there was a lot of rain the last 2 days. Saw the cart girl 5 different times. Price was fantastic, $60 for the round. I expect that price will go up big time next year. Overall an excellent day of golf.
diamond in the rough
This course is in good shape for only being open 4 weeks. The only drawback is there is no place to eat presently while it is still under construction.
Greens are understandably still slow, but the will be very challenging once they are able to speed them up. Nice layout, very golfer friendly.
New course has features that will only improve.
Four sets of men tees allows you to play to your desired handicap level. Course knowledge enables better scoring. Excellent course design.
Very nice newer course
The greens were absolutely perfect.
There are 4 sets of tees, so if you pick the correct set, it is very playable.
It really needs GPS on the carts or a course map.
It also would be better if it had a permanent clu bhouse.
