Course was in great shape. Folks working the restaurant were excellent along with the food. Would recommend both

We are 4 friends on a golf trip.

3 of us are playing competition golf regularly, 1 of us is more of a "enjoy the day" type of player.

Overall, we we're satisfied with our day there.

Tee to green were in good shape.

Greens we're slow and need more attention/care.

Out of the 6 courses we played this week, this one finished last because of the greens conditions.

Staff was great

We arrived far too earlier but this was not a problem. The starter and professional shop staff were more than happy to help. After a good warm up we were invited to tee off earlier if we wanted. After 5 holes a resident joined us, a really friendly guy (called Don) who was happy to give us some helpful lines to aim at.

The only let down was a group that held not only our group but the two groups ahead of us. This should of been a maximum 3 hour round but turned it to a 4 hour round. But not a big issue.

After our round we spent time in the club house, eating and drinking the food was good and the staff again were super friendly.

The course was very good with just a minor issue of the greens running a little too slow for my liking? They run true but I felt I needed to force the putts slightly. These was the only reason I could not give 5 stars? Hope to play it again and thanks for hosting us.

The course is very well maintained and the staff was exceptional. Wish they would have posted about aerification, but will definitely return.

So I went up to pay for my 3:30pm tee time and the girl told me it will be $59 before taking my credit card. My first thought was tax must have been included in the posted price... nice. Turns out that was NOT the case. As I'm on the first tee I look and realize that the total was almost $69. As you can see from my receipt that gratuity was added as well! I go back and tell her to take it off and she said she cannot! Since when are they adding mandatory gratuity to a tee time??? I will say the course is on beautiful shape with rather slow, but smooth greens. But, although only 5 bucks for me, I cannot rate the service as good, or even ethical, after seeing what they are pulling off on their guests. They never informed me of the charge.

Just a great spot and nice course if you can get a reasonable rate and time...

FYI..$70 after 2pm on a weekend. Service/gratuity for cart staff charged separately to rate. Fairways were decent. Greens need a couple weeks to firm up and recover from aerification.

Solid course with a great layout. Someone did get shot on hole 11 though… still a great course though! Definitely should play it.

I played this course on a Friday and was paired with another single. This was a good course but perhaps not worth $90 at this time of year. In the winter this would be a fair price for this course but is pretty high for this time.

That said, staff were amazing, cart staff amazing, starter amazing, course conditions: better than average, 7 out of 10 ... specifically greens run very slow for this level of course compared to other ChampionsGate, Celbration and Reunion courses.

It's a wonderful course to play but recommend playing on a weekday.
