Love the course, but for the money it’s not worth it..... The course is in bad shape and always wet....I can play much nicer courses for much less.... I’ll try it again in Safeway weeks....love the layout

I really enjoy the course I like the layout I like the challenge there’s just so many things about it That has a potential to be a really good course. I’ve been playing it for a couple of years now and it’s always wet uncapped and just not in very good shape overall. It could use a lot of landscaping just generally cleaned it up and fix all of the bad areas.

Make sure it has not rained
Thank god for Hot deals!! This is a nice course when it is dry. They have raised their prices due to covid which I may be honest to play this course in the winter when the grass is dead and tee boxes are bare doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Course is always in fantastic shape
This course is always in excellent condition. The pace of play is a little slow, but the rangers are always on top of it and are friendly and great guys! Narrow tough course, but has some of the best greens around!

Great day
Great day to play today at Cobblestone, only draw back was slow play foursome in front of our foursome and cart path only. Tee time 11:40am finished 18 4:20pm.

Great course
My favorite course in all of Atlanta. A little soggy today due to rain a few days ago. But set up to have a great spring!!

Don’t play after a rain...
Cobblestone is a terrific course. It’s a great challenge for every level golfer. The layout is great. The greens are well manicured and the bunkers are in great shape. The one big flaw with Cobblestone is after a rainstorm when it’s wet. The course just doesn’t drain well. Consequently, it makes a great course into a course that frankly is not fun to play. If it rains on Sunday, you need seven straight days of no rain and bright sunshine to make this course the gem that it is. Great when it’s dry, but absolutely no fun when it’s wet!

Cobblestone always wet, poor tee boxes, unfortunately cart path only most of the winter months.
Cobblestone GC is a narrow, hilly layout with very tough green undulations. During the winter months is stays extremely wet and has very poor natural lies (winter rules golf will be a must). Unfortunately they do over-seed the tee boxes and they stay in poor shape throughout the winter/spring months. The golf course itself is a tough layout even from the white tees (5800) and blue (6300) roughly yards. As a 8 handicap I will concede it is a shot makers track. Is it worth 45 plus dollars in the winter not in my opinion. It is at best a 30/35 dollar weekday track and 40/45 track during the winter months. I may be back in the late spring.
