Azusa Greens Golf Course

Staff were rude, carts are old, course is all over the place

I played here again after 2 months. I chose here because I figured I could get a reliable round under 4 hours and I worked nearby at West Covina yesterday. Even though I was behind a 4-some, I was able to complete the round in just under 4 hours. Course conditions- there were more ground under repair areas than the last time I came. I think it will be good if maintenance can spend some time to take care of the course soon so that the conditions will be better for next year.

Really mismanaged! I understand course maintenance and recovery, but they cut off the back nine and didn't adjust the tee times. Groups backed up right away, not just one or two but three and four. We skipped two holes to ease the back up, which should have been the starters job!

After it's been raining on and off, the green and its area are absolutely in great condition. Haven't seen this for a long time. Amazing course at fantastic rate! Can't beat that. And the pace of play is awesome.

Not the greatest, but OK for the price. Greens were in decent shape. Fairways have a number of different types grass and some weeds on the sides. For the price, I'd play it again.

I had higher expectations when I saw it was a CC but it did not present itself as such. The range barely had grass, the layout of the course was okay, but the staff were really nice and helpful. One hole is literally next to a street with no fence, so if you fade or draw (depending if you're LH/RH) you can easily hit a car which is not my complaint about the course just a heads up for anyone. Overall the holes were fair, nothing too extreme and not many hazards to worry about except cars. The price was not too bad and it comes with a cart; there is also a bar cart so that is an added plus.

Azusa Greens is more of your old school course. Shorter but tight fairways and tree lined. The fairways weren't in the best of conditions, but I did play after a weekend of heavy rain. It's was still an enjoyable day.

The fairway conditions are not that good but greens are perfect.

Love the little town of Azusa. Country Club course this is not! Lots of nice trees. Enough shade. The fairways were very hard and bumpy. We never did get to play the 9th hole because we couldn't find it. The markings to get into the ninth hole were almost nonexistent. The layout of the course is very choppy, crossing the road a lot of times. Very poor markings to holes. However the greens were nice. Staff was very nice. Good thing we got a discount to try this one out.

The course is pretty flat,with a few fairways dry and in poor shape. The greens were in great shape and the pace of play quick.

First time at this course a couple holes #4 especially has been hit hard by the drought very bumpy and lots of dirt other wise had a great experience, going back next week

The road conditions are very poor, I felt like I was 4x4 the whole time. People are just walking in from there houses disturbing everyone

This course is back to its old habits " Azusa Browns" is more apt. Hitting from the fairways is like rock most of the time. The greens used to be ok but they are just horrible now with holes and divots all around. They have a real bad habit here of pulling the pins before it gets dark and using a rake as the flag! Very annoying so don't play twilight. Won't be back anytime soon.

I was played at this course after 5 years later.'
But the course didnt renovated or changed anything even though eclectric carts.
Too much old cards and rough fairway, lots of pots on turf and green side area, soil ground.
But staff was excellent and kind very well.
The course was not bed for moderate players.

no grass. good for beginners.
