Great value for money
On holidays from Australia. First time playing this course. Even though it’s very short with a number of the par 3’s sand wedge distance I really enjoyed the course. Greens were good as were the fairways. Pace of play was okay even though it was quite busy. Got a great price off golf now and overall it is excellent value for money.
pace and employees
In that it is the holidays, a group of 11 guys in 3 groups kept things slow between pictures and Beer. Only two ladies working which made for long check in and food and drink orders.
Sarpei, thank you for leaving us a review! We will continue to strive for fast service for all our customers> we value your feedback and will continue to improve our customer service operations.
Love Birch Hills!
We enjoy playing Birch Hills. The pace is almost always pretty fast. Nice executive course. Would recommend to all. Great value.
Good short course but watch the price
This is a good short course a lot of par 3 wholes. But watch the price. It is not worth paying 30 plus to play.
Great condition
Got the GolfNow hot deal. ! Wife just started golf again and this short interesting course was perfect for her, greens in very god shape and fast
Watch out for water on 5 holes. Lots of bunkers, me very happy to birdie the finishing hole.. I don’t many of these
Disappointing
Fairways in good shape; many greens rough.
All tees were up and short; pace of play very slow; 4-some in front of us very slow; did not rake bunkers.
Maybe it was a mistake to come here on a holiday week.
I have had many enjoyable rounds here- this was not one of them. Did get a good rate.
Great executive course! Our group had a really enjoyable time, a little slow play, but other than that it exceeded my expectations. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful!
Nice course
I didn't realize this was an executive course until I was ready to tee off. Four or five par 3s in a row made for some slow play. Recently sanded greens were a little work. Once starting the back nine-a new course starts. Beautiful layout, Similar to a desert course, where the front was traditional. Great deal for the money.
Great little course
Driving up the gates makes it feel much more upscale and starts you off excited. For the price it is a great course. Starts off with 3 easy wedge shots.
Watch out on #12. Pitch shot but if you are learning, there are new houses being built to your right, and a slice might hit them.
Have fun out there.
Great course
Like any course you have good days and bad. no par 5's on this course so low scores are possible. today 2 of our guys did really great close to par the other 2 of use not so much. Any day golfing is better than most. Staff are very nice and food court is good.
Fun good Value
I have play here many times and enjoy it. Sometimes the par 4s Get backed up. You could probably play this whole course with three or four clubs. The only dislike is the gentleman who works in the afternoons at the cash Register seems to forget how to use it every time he Rings me up.
Below average course
This executive course was acceptable. On a scale of A-F it would receive the D grade meaning barely passing. Check in was easy, convenient bag drop and plenty of parking. These would be the pros of the course. A lot of cons will follow. Course conditions were sub-par. Many areas had dead grass. We were squeezed in for a 10:52AM tee time via GolfNow. Slow party of four in front of us and according to the employee who saw us on our way at hole #1, there was a tournament starting behind us at 11:00AM. Many tee boxes were not in good condition. Animal droppings all over the place. I had to be careful where I placed my irons. Drink cart lady drive by once. The most frustrating item to me is that there are NO references as to the layout of each individual hole. No picture on the scorecard detailing the layout of each hole. At the holes themselves there’s just the rock that tells you yardage to the pin. Some holes you have no idea where the pin is. Looking for a flag is your only hope. I know there are 13 par 3 holes and four par 4 holes. But where are the pins located at??? I would not recommend this course.
When is your next trip over here? We would love to meet you in person!
